Simple and perfect

Resonant breathing. . Ball and sound . Simple Perfect

Best for meditation

Far and away the best meditation support available. People can use subtle guidance like this, where they are still free enough to discover their own experience without being told what subtle arising to pay attention to (or fabricate in their imagination). This is what the world needs. We slowly become sensitised to our personal direct experience.

This app actually empowers people to meditate, in a world of apps that slowly disempower. Most apps overwhelm people with guidance, giving a false sense of achievement, yet also slipping in a belief of not being able to do it on their own).

Amazing

This app can be use in different areas like at a dinner or going to sleep. It has two different modes. One with noise that you follow and one with a ball that grows so you can use it silently. Thank you for this amazing app

Excellent and much needed

Really easy to use the tone is fab

Simple and calming

I pop my ear buds in and switch on a 20min 4:6 and feel my brain and body refocus. So grateful for this free app with no ads.

Very beneficial

I just used this app for the first time and was able to enter such a relaxed state within minutes that I had to write a review. This may only be my second ever review but the fact that this is a free app with no ads is worth me doing so. It’s simple and does exactly what it says. Resonant breathing is something I’ve used in the past but this gives a more consistent way of measuring the breathe than how I use to do it. Very happy and will be using this daily. Thank you!

A Gem of a Tool! Simple and effective

One of the best breathing apps

This app by far is one of the best breathing apps that I have tried. I like that the app is completely free and has no adds. I also like that this app is simple and easy to use. There is minimal settings to figure out and set. If there was one thing that I would want to change, I would change the session times. The longest you can go is 30 minutes and I would extend that to at least 1 hour. This app works by you selecting your session time and your breathing intervals. Once you selected those you are good to start your sessions.

I use this app to help me sleep at night and to center myself in the morning. This app is more suited for shorter sessions, but I use it for both short and long sessions when needed. This app has helped me be less anxious and stressed about my day. It gives me a good start and end to my day.

I think that this app is helpful for people who have stress and anxiety. By doing sessions a couple times a day, you could reduce your stress and anxiety. Also, this app helps people by giving them time to relax and to not think about their problems. I think people could start to see a difference in their stress and anxiety if they tried this app out. I also think that this app could help people who have panic attacks. If they feel a panic attack coming on they could open this app and start a session. The session then would calm them and maybe reduce the panic attack.

Really helpful

I don't really have time in the mornings for actual meditation sessions, but I can just simply breathe and It helps me. Sometimes during my school day I will listen trough my headphones.

This app is really good at making it just the breathing. I love how there are as minimal features as possible, yet you can completely change parts if you don't like it.

I have had this app for a month now and using it before bed for 10 minutes has actually helped me sleep better. I have loved everything about this app, and you would too.
