Haptics instead of sound

This app is great- thank you! However- I get panic attacks and anxiety attacks at night when my partner is asleep. It would be AMAZING if users could switch off the sound and switch on haptics instead to guide the breathing.

Need to last longer

Please make it longer time limit. Could be used for sleeping but not with a 30 minute time limit. I love listening to it helps calm me down but would love to hear it at night while I sleep

Baby steps to meditation

Stumbled on this when looking for a basic meditation app. I hadn’t heard of resonance breathing. I now rely on it! I have found resonance breathing to be a simple and effective way to calm my mind and body before meditation.

Great app

Simple interface, I really like the sound compared to other apps, my only wish would be more customization for the length of inhales and exhales, I’ve got to go to another app if it’s not one of the presets

Exactly What I Need 🙏🏻

Simple, no gimmicks, no sign ups. The essence of breathing exercise is all in this little app.

Need more than 30mins

Is it possible to make this play longer than 30 minute intervals? I know I could press “play,” again but I love falling asleep to this and need it to last longer. Other than that it’s a 5 star app!

Almost perfect…

There is a key feature missing and it’s the hold your breath. Sometimes in life you need to stop your panic breathing, so the hold basically tells your heart to stop beating so rapidly. Eventually reaches homeostasis… Please give us box breathing. 5 inhale, 5 hold, 5 exhale, 5 hold… this is one of the most effective breathing techniques when under severe stress (15 minutes you will reach tranquility)

Thank you 🙏💞✨

This app is wonderful. Simple, effective and I’m so grateful that it is free. It is going to make a lot of difference to people’s lives. Definitely try it and share with your family and friends.
Thank you to the kind hearted developers. (I tried to join the community, but the link is broken. Will try again. Happy to be a beta tester for you guys.) 💞✨

Great app with one tweak needed

This is a very nice app with beautiful simple interface. It would be great if they allowed the user to add in a brief hold time (as an option) between inhale and exhale and vice versa. That way you could do inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Seems like an easy thing to add and it would creat a lot of optionality. Would also be great to add the option of a beat counter and more bespoke ways of setting time — so it could be used for lots of different breathing techniques with the same simple interface.

❤️ this app!

I love almost everything about this app! The UI is uncomplicated. There is nothing frustrating about using the app, which is is nice, ya know since it is an app that’s supposed to help elicit calmness. The app nails it on that front!

It has two visualization options: one is a ball enlarging and shrinking to match inhale and exhale. The other is a still of a starlit night with a mountain and river/lake.

The session can be set from 1 minute to thirty minutes.

There are two musical notes that play during the session. The higher note is for the inhale, and the lower note is for the exhale. The high note isn’t really high, only higher than the note for exhaling. The sounds are pleasant.

My only complaint is I wish that the inhale/exhale time was fine tunable. As it sits, there are six preset options. The longest is 5 seconds in and 7 seconds out. I have to speed up my breathing to keep the pace of the tone. I would like it if they kept the presets and also offered a slider for those of us who fall outside of the norms so that we can fine tune the times and customize the inhale/exhale to better suit individual needs.

Overall, this is a great app🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
