This is an outstanding app, it gives a chance to super busy people like me or many people out there to remain nvolved in their children's activities.
Absolutely Awful!!!
If I could give this zero stars, I would. My daughters gymnastics school installed this so that we could watch their competitions this summer since we can’t go in person. The system just does not work at all. All we get is a frozen screen. The gymnastics school has been trying for weeks to fix it and gets absolutely nowhere. The people that run this app should be arrested for selling something that is such a scam. Don’t fall victim to it, do not buy this!

Terrible streaming
All it does it freeze up and you don’t get to watch your kids participate in their activities. As if the whole situation of not being able to go inside wasn’t frustrating enough. Totally useless
So many issues
Video stream seems to work pretty well but that’s about all that does. They store your passwords in plain text so be warned. The app will sign you out after some amount of time, but they don’t say anywhere how long. You also have a limited number of sign-ons per day, but won’t tell you how many or how many you have left. I got locked out of viewing my daughter 20 mins into her hour long session by this. Needs work.

Not user friendly, password reset sucks
Wait a business day.
I used the same username and password sent to me via email and it still didn’t work, so I clicked reset and have to wait a business day.
Registration also takes forever.

Registration and password reset is a nightmare
Even if you give all your detailed personal information, still you wait days to get access for someone there to verify and send email back to you. Which never happened in my case. Maybe the guy forgot to reply my request. 2019
