Terrible
So frustrating
So happy that we are in a place where we can watch our kids in person and I hope this company goes out of business because they are absolutely terrible. Ridiculous we were all subjected to this horrible app construction and service. Bye bye!!!

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some problems when attempting to view from the app. The login limit is something that is set directly by the facility and the gym is allowed to set up its own specific parameters on viewing. This ranges from the number of accounts per family to the number of logins as well as the length of sessions. This is normally used to make sure all parents have a fair chance to log in and view. This is usually based on the number of parents or students the facility has versus the amount of bandwidth available at the location. Disturbing
I am a parent and I haven’t even made it through the registration process before getting kicked out and told to expect an email with instructions on how I can get back into this account an email that has never arrived
The idea of who has access to my child when I do not is very concerning and it’s just something that doesn’t sit right with me. We’re going to reconsider going forward with this program
