  • Useless

    If you want a completely useless app on your device, this is the app for you. Out of the 100 times I’ve tried to use this app it has only worked about 5 times. Then when it did work it was on a 3 to 4 minute delay. When my daughter was out of her dance class she was able to watch herself still in the class. It’s ridiculous!

  • Glitchy At Best

    Our gym uses this app and while it was a godsend to have something (ANYTHING) during the pandemic, it didn’t come without headache. It constantly glitches, the user interface is poor and there have no significant updates to enhance the user experience in the 3yrs I’ve used it. They also haven’t done anything to enhance and update the experience for business owners, after many empty promises. Our gym is ditching the service and it’s no surprise. They can’t even get the cancellation date correct!

  • Terrible

    You’ll receive an email right away if you screenshot, detailing the action is not authorized. However, if you forget your password and try to reset, it takes hours and you’ll miss the session you’re trying to view. Terrible app.
  • So frustrating

    This app has the worst interface of any app I have ever used. There are viewing limits, which is understandable, but when it glitches or you try to change cameras, it logs you off and calls that a log in. By the time I get through my 5 login attempts, I’ve seen nothing because the system either doesn’t show anything or kicks me off. When I have been able to view, the stream is so low quality I can’t even tell kid is mine. Screen mirroring to try to get a better image accuses you of recording and deactivates your account. Just awful.

    So happy that we are in a place where we can watch our kids in person and I hope this company goes out of business because they are absolutely terrible. Ridiculous we were all subjected to this horrible app construction and service. Bye bye!!!

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some problems when attempting to view from the app. The login limit is something that is set directly by the facility and the gym is allowed to set up its own specific parameters on viewing. This ranges from the number of accounts per family to the number of logins as well as the length of sessions. This is normally used to make sure all parents have a fair chance to log in and view. This is usually based on the number of parents or students the facility has versus the amount of bandwidth available at the location.   • Disturbing

    Based on the reviews alone and the fact that I can’t even access this to begin with I have to say this is quite concerning
    I am a parent and I haven’t even made it through the registration process before getting kicked out and told to expect an email with instructions on how I can get back into this account an email that has never arrived
    The idea of who has access to my child when I do not is very concerning and it’s just something that doesn’t sit right with me. We’re going to reconsider going forward with this program

  • App freezes constantly

    Makes actually watching your child impossible. The only way to fix this is to close the app and log back in, which uses up the number of log in attempts you are allowed. The app is terrible, please fix this!

  • Log In Limit! The Company Needs to Read This 😡

    I’m trying to watch and monitor my child on my phone with Spot Tv while at gymnastics and I’m having to do other tasks on my phone, like texting a family member and when ever I’m having to exit to text it’s not recognizing that I’m not logging out each time. It locked me out of my child’s session now saying I’ve reached the “log-in limit” and she’s at the gym for 3 more hours. Why is there a log in limit when it doesn’t recognize that you’ve only momentarily left the app and didn’t completely close it? What is even the purpose of the log in limit? Why is there a log in limit when my child is there for 4 hours a day every single day? I can’t constantly watch it for 4 hours, I have to do other things and check back in.

  • App will not even open after this update. Not impressed.

    Ive always had issue with this app, but now for the last week, the app instantly closes when you try to launch. I have deleted and reinstalled. Same issue. Send help

    It hasn’t worked since the update one week ago! Ugh freezes non stop and crashes all the time. They really need to fix it.
