Very glitchy
App won't open since last update. It immediately closes as soon as you open
New version not working at all
We’ve used the app for over a year and while not 100% reliable have been more or less satisfied. Unfortunately recent versions are crashing upon startup on both iPhone and iPad. This isn’t resolved even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Useless!

Problem after problem
Always glitchy but now crashes immediately!
Frustrated SO MUCH
This worked okay last week, this week it won’t even open. Super irritating since I’m not able to sit in the lobby right now. If I didn’t have to deal with this app, I’d be for the better

Have your studio pick something else
This is so glitchy that it’s difficult to even tell what the kids are doing. Since I did last update, the app doesn’t work at all - opens and immediately shuts down.
Needs an overhaul
Way too many glitches. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Freezes quite a bit and I can’t think of one time it was worked correctly for the duration of our child’s class.
Terrible app, now doesn’t work at all
Has always been slow and glitchy, lots of freezing in middair. Since the last update, it won’t open at all, just crashes immediately. Incomprehensible bad.
Won’t work any more
Since the last update the app will no longer launch on my iPhone. It opens and then shuts down and the screen closes immediately. Can’t get to login screen or anything.
Inconsistent, bad app
As of the latest update, the app only crashes a soon as you open it, but it’s pretty terrible even when it works. Videos don’t load consistently, it randomly assumes you’re trying to screenshot, and I’m forced to pay for it through my kid’s classes.
