This app has so many problems. It has bugs, it glitches, freezes, kick you out for no reason. It won’t load or open for me to login. My gym makes me pay for a closed circuit stream to see my gymnast train and this company doesn’t provide the service. It’s not cheap and it doesn’t work properly. Fix it!!Show lessFrancath
The App is not working
I have always been able to use this app until today. When I log in, it keeps sending me an OOPS message. I have deleted the app then reinstalled it and nothing has improved.
Will there be an update to fix the bug?Nesey G.
Why is this always freezing???
App freezes every single time I use it. I am charged by my gym as well to view my child’s class & it’s the most frustrating thing.. I’ll open it, see my little girl for 0.4 seconds, the app will freeze & then I have to close it and log in again.ER nik26
Not a fan
More often than not I open up the app to watch my child and it seems like it’s going to work then it just glitches and disappears. Pretty frustrating. Great concept but totally unreliable.Jenna_hg
Not worth it
This is my little sisters first class and we are not even allowed to go inside I get COVID regulations and everything but they could have some seating for us to watch our kids and family. By the time you get this all set up you’re already missing half of what they we’re doing. I was able to get into the app but you can’t even tell where your family is. This app does nothing helpful.Show lessairyn🐷
Terrible
If I could give this app zero stars I would. It never works and when it does it plays for a couple minutes then freezes. I only get to see maybe half of my daughters class because it is always having issues. I wish there was a better app for this.JeanWK08
Forgot password….. no email from app
I’ve have been trying to change my password fora well now, since the app won’t log me in. I’ve hit the forgot password button and have never received an email from them yet. I’ve tried several times. This app drives me nuts.Change Password Please
Good concept - bad experience.
I understand having login limits, but it’s not helpful at all when the app says I have 6 login attempts for the day when I’ve literally opened the app once. It appears that any time you lose connection or switch to a different camera, it counts that as a login. Not helpful in the slightest.Valbuhdee MacBook Pro
Don’t Waste Your Time
Instead of watching my kid compete I get to write this review ...
The only thing this app does well is build anticipation that you’ll be able to watch remotely. It freezes constantly when it works at all. The “security feature” of disallowing recording and screen shots is lame.
Gyms ... you’ll have fewer complaints if you just stream a 1080p wide shot on a free social account.Show lessmilehightvguy
Terrible quality
I hope anyone evaluating this streaming service for their facility will read the end user reviews first. This app is incredibly frustrating and doesn’t appear to work consistently. I was able to watch about 20 seconds of a youth sporting event.BodaBair
