Terrible!
I can’t believe businesses actually pay to use this service. Tried to watch my sons gymnastics meet last weekend and this piece of crap froze every couple minutes and would freeze for 5 minutes before you got any kind of stream. Didn’t get to see my son compete any events. So disappointed. If I could give this piece of crap less than 1 star I would.Show lessTmobbCO-Den
Poorly thought through user experience
I tried to mirror my phone on our TV and the app locked me out. It sent an email to reset our password, but we were still locked out. I was really upset, because it caused me to miss my daughter’s first gymnastics meet. I understand why the app doesn’t allow screen mirroring (prob because they don’t want people recording that screen), but the app should warn against this every time you log in.Show lesscjbullock
Awful
This app has the most infuriating sign up process. It’s impossible to create an account. Keeps returning error messages no matter what you do. No confirmation of any kind when submitting info. Get this fixed! This app is embarrassing!Mister Misha
I hate it
It hasn’t worked in weeks!!! My little sister does gymnastics and for some reason the cameras are down on the app!!! I’m so annoyed, and even when it was working I could never see her, the camera quality was awful!!! I do not recommend this app to barely even see your child/relative. No way
I have found no way to even set up an account on this app. I am trying to view as a grandparent and keep getting oops fix this or fix that and there is nothing to fix. It is all correct. This is so frustrating. I can’t even get help. They said they would send me an email but I never received it. I am not happy.Show lessMaipix
Poor app performance and customer service
The app poorly works. It is slow, can’t go into landscape view. If you get locked out of the app there is minimal chance you’re getting back into your account. Can’t reset your password either. Waste of effort with this app.tona_r
Terrible app
Have caught about 10 seconds of first meet. Embarrassingly bad app - don’t waste your time. Hard to get started, delay in setting up your account, terrible camera quality, terrible angle, glitchy, freezes, just an all around disaster. If I could give an accurate rating - it would be negative 100 stars. Hilarious to see any positive comments - developer should spend time trying to fix this garbage instead of writing bogus reviews for this trash.Show lessterrbile app
Poor App
This App has so many issue. Our gym is charging us to watch our kids via this app. It’s glitchy, and often freezes. And God forbid you try and lock your phone while you’re in the app - it thinks you’re trying to screen shot and immediately kicks you out. In order to get it reinstated you have to email them, and then the send you a condescending reply about how if it happens again you’ll be kicked off their service - I’ve had it happen twice and apparently they “believe in second chances” even when it’s a sensitivity issue with their app.Show lessDrkullman

Streaming quality is horrendous.l if it even plays at all
Opening another app costs a login session. Every phone call or text cost me sessions or freezes the video.

Needs work
I was disappointed when I took a screenshot of my daughter on bars and was locked out after hours and it apparently needs a human to fix. Some polite warning would have been nice, I had to miss her whole routine. Sure, you can say this is documented somewhere, and I can see why (although the quality is crappy anyway its impossible to make out who is who if you dont already know) but thats no excuse for a crappy user experience. Also took a long time to get activated in the first place. Im not a fan.Show lessAkerr1024
