Deleted all of my precious videos.
I paid for the premium service and it has wiped all of my precious videos. Horrible app and has made me quite upset actually, years of family videos permanently erased.Motion. z

This APP does not work as advertised while running the app it comes to a point where it stops and takes you out of the app and from there on it’s impossible to run it - I have tried installing it again but at the it comes to same thing - awful

Just got the new update....
It won’t open anymore and therefore can’t report the “crash”... so I’m writing it here in hopes that someone sees it. I’ve got way too many pictures on my phone and have been using the app to slowly chip away at the photos I have so I can eventually update my phone. I’ve never gotten the chance even when I cleared enough space due signal issues, but now that I have better internet I need this app to help sort through my images.Show lessHtidiskgfjdjj196
Monthly payment not working
Signed up for monthly payments yet every time i go to delete the images it asks me to pay again, then says I have already paid. How annoyingTor22

This app crashes at boot, not usable. Reading the comments of many people having the same issue, and nothing has been done by the developer to fix the problem. Don’t buy, go for another appRo981

This app is very handy and user friendly. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is I have had this happen multiple times, where when using the photo duplicity scan and erase, I have selected some 200 photos to be erased as duplicates, only to have the app crash upon selecting the “delete” button, and once I go back into it, I have to start all over. Talk about wasting 30 minutes or more. Not fun.Show lessDMar319

I carefully selected about 500 similar photos to delete and it took me about 20-30 minutes to choose. When I hit the delete button, it says I can delete 5 counts limit photos a day. If I wanna delete all 500 photos I selected, I need to try it free and auto-subscribe the app for $9.99 per month. I have no problem with paying that money if I like the app. However, it was very disappointing that the app did not explain that before I select all those pictures to delete. I was upset and decided not to delete those photos and to review here instead. This is my first ever review of the App Store. Very disappointing.Show lessProperLady

It wouldn’t let me use 75% of the app, it kept saying “give us access to your photos and contacts so we can do this” so I'd press the button to go to setting and everything is already allowed, I can’t use most of the app so I just canceled my membership.Taste! Gaming™️
Duplicate photos cleaning doesn’t work
I went in and tried to clean my duplicate photos several times. I went into my settings to ensure that something wasn’t blocking it and everything is set accordingly. Plus every time I select the photos to be deleted, it shows there deleting but then it kicks me out of the app. So I go back into the app only to discover that everything that I just selected to delete is still showing.Show lessWomansToolBelt
