did what it promised with no limitations
Often free apps in this class will perform their functions only on a limited number of items, 60 duplicate contacts or photos removed in the free version, for instance, remaining items removable after upgrading. This app requires you to sign up for a subscription, but the first 3 days are free. It's entirely possible to download this app for a one time problem without having to pay for it as long as you remember to cancel. Although, this is a very good app, so i'd encourage people to subscribe to support the developer. I had a problem with duplicate contacts, downloaded a competing app and i am not joking, that app resulted in the number of duplicates doubling. My contacts were out of control, 4 duplicates for almost every contact. No clue how that happened. Happy to report that this app fixed my problem in one go. The next day the deleted or merged contacts did not repopulate as happened in the other app. Only issue was (and it's not a huge issue) that it was a bit overzealous in deleting contacts, deleting all contacts in my google account because they were duplicates of my icloud account. (by design). Maybe that's what threw off the first app, i have no idea. But this one, "Cleaner -- Clean Duplicate Item," despite the poor English grammar in the title, deserves its 5 star review.Show lessurbanpaul

I am a very disorganized person, but after using this app, I was amazed to see how quickly my iPad and other devices cleaned up. I’m only on the three day trial, but I’m thinking I might commit to a month because this is one of the best cleaning software‘s I’ve ever used.Sam.U.I

This app claimed to be deleting just the duplicates, but after examining it also is deleting my similar photos as well. That should not be. If you spend time to edit a pic, lighting, color, etc. it is no longer the same as the original. This app cannot recognize that and deleted many pictures i did not want to delete.

Back up everything before you use this app. I had to clean up duops in my contacts and it deleted the top 1500 I use all the time. It took out addresses to the ones that left and just left me with phone numbers if anything. What a waste of money. It will take you longer To retrieve information that it deleted than it’s worth. After two months I’m still trying to find contact information and other sources because of this appShow lessokedo

Remember if you do the trial. Make sure you did not do it in the past. Only works once. Overall great app and helped me clean up my phone quickly.The Goat is back
Measure twice, cut once
This is a fantastic tool, but like any other tool, not perfect in every circumstance. I have a lot of memes and saucy art on my phone. If two items are very similar (ie two memes of the same template, or two variations of an art piece) this app may erroneously label them as duplicates. Fortunately, the app doesn’t delete anything unless you tell it to, so users can AND SHOULD verify each item. (I took a screenshot of a SFW example of an erroneous labeling of duplicates, but cannot upload it here).
If anything were to be changed, a preview page showing all selected items before you confirm that you want to delete them would be a nice addition, but otherwise I recommend this app to anyone whose storage is reaching capacity.Show lessMarineAV8R

All these cleaners do on apple is just try and make you delete big photos or videos you have on your phone. It doesn’t do anything else of value, no cleaning of internet cache, random videos stored on the phone from games and apps, or help free up ram. All they ever do is just say “this video is big, want to delete it to save space”. It’s absolutely useless and implies you’re dumb enough to not know when to free up space from your photos.Show lessAtlasFree
It has error
This APP does not work as advertised while running the app it comes to a point where it stops and takes you out of the app and from there on it’s impossible to run it - I have tried installing it again but at the it comes to same thing - awful

Just got the new update....
It won’t open anymore and therefore can’t report the “crash”... so I’m writing it here in hopes that someone sees it. I’ve got way too many pictures on my phone and have been using the app to slowly chip away at the photos I have so I can eventually update my phone. I’ve never gotten the chance even when I cleared enough space due signal issues, but now that I have better internet I need this app to help sort through my images.Show lessHtidiskgfjdjj196
Great when it works
This app is very handy and user friendly. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is I have had this happen multiple times, where when using the photo duplicity scan and erase, I have selected some 200 photos to be erased as duplicates, only to have the app crash upon selecting the “delete” button, and once I go back into it, I have to start all over. Talk about wasting 30 minutes or more. Not fun.Show lessDMar319
