  • Cannot open ANY documents, bills, etc

    This app used to work perfectly. I just got off the phone with billing who says I’m delinquent because I haven’t paid my bill. When I go into the app, there are no bills, and there are no statements, and there’s nothing indicating I owe any money. The woman on the customer service line said that anyone using an Apple device will not be able to open the documents in the app or on the web, you need to use a Windows device.
    That’s not helpful and it used to work. So how am I supposed to know that I owe a fee? Anyways, until it is fixed, this app will be getting one star from me. Date: June 2024

    Why can’t it have Face ID OR Finger ID to log onto portal? All my 5 other health providers ( 3 hospitals) all allow Face ID
    Then I’d rate it a 5 star
  • Touch ID Intermittent

    The app provides a lot of really useful patient and hospital information. The only complaint I have is the Touch ID login function using iPhone occasionally stops working and I’m forced to use userid and password to login; the only way to fix this fault is to delete and reinstall the app, then login with userid and password to turn Touch ID on again. Super annoying.

    Logging in is a continual hassle. App does not remember the User Name or url, so using iOS keychain to easily get password does not work.

    Other than that, the rest of the app is useful and easy to use.
  • Love it!

    It has all the information about you in this app including the times and dates of your appointments and the location of them. Great app.
  • Finally a Patient Portal that works!

    So very useful and intuitive to use. My only suggestion would be to add a simplified version with less data and buttons linked to most commonly used resources, I.e. messages, appointments, lab results. However this does not detract from my 5 star rating!
