Do not waste your money and time-
The worst intercom system out there . So much money wasted for nothing. The camera facing the road, sometimes barely can see who is outside the door. The morrons, who installed this didn’t even finish the job. The app loads 30or more seconds, sometimes even more, so you cannot see who’s at the door, the ring in the office goes crazy even if we use the app to open the door. This app is not working properly. We had it for a month and the company who installed it doesn’t come to fix what horrible job they did. Complete waste of money and time! The magnet WONT HOLD THE DOOR. And it is installed for a security. I will just buy the ring, and install a better magnet that works from the remote and that’s it. Upsetting for everyone who works in the office.Show lessUser4202
Latest release 6.80.4 finally fixes video
Took several upgrades to fix the fact that when connecting to the door and boring live video (it would come up with a blank screen) ⛔️ 📺 .
Still by far the best full featured door entry at this price $ point.likes_rusty_metal

La sonnerie est trop basse, il suffit qu’on soit un peu loin de son téléphone cellulaire pour rater un appel.
Pourquoi ne pas avoir
* un choix de sonneries
** Et la possibilité de régler le volume
Autrement, L’appli est correcte, mais elle a encore beaucoup de potentiel d’amélioration.

Building managers: if you want to infuriate your tenants, please by all means install this sub-par solution.
Tenants: prepare to miss deliveries constantly as you may never get a notification that someone is waiting at the door. If you're lucky enough to get one, it takes several steps to respond to it and actually open the door. The delivery guy will most likely be gone by then.
Notifications not working properly on iPhone, iPad and especially Watch, takes 6 taps to open the door, etc. Go back to the drawing board and hire developers that actually know what they're doing.
I miss our old system that relied on calling on our cellphone and just have to press 6 to open the door. It was 20+ years old but worked.
This piece of sheeeeit of a "modern" system does not. I'm sad that our managers wasted our money on this.

Unable to open anymore
Since the update, I am unable to open the app on the iPad. The newer version does not support apple products. I have tried on many devices and it only works on an ipad that has not been updated.lucdcdc

Drains Battery Constantly
Every morning I wake up, my iPhone battery is much lower than expected. I do not charge my phone at night. For example, last night I went to bed, the phone was as at 100%, but seven hours later I wake to 75% charge. After checking Settings -> Battery, it clearly shows that every hour SmartPlus used 1h of the battery doing Background Activities using 95% of the battery each hour. I even killed the app and restarted my phone before I went to bed last night—all to no avail.
I cannot recommend this app due this issue.Show lesspetekaz
