I order a lot time this apps and all is wonderful and good quality,I like it but my last order I was so disappointed because I order the Photo engraved watch , custom your own photo with blue strap woman , and I was excited to open the box , but when I open I received photo engraved with silver strap 😔 which is nice too but I pay different prices 😔Show lessannaBhel

slow customer service
I wouldn’t recommend. I wanted to cancel an order & in order to cancel an order I have to send emails & tell why I want to cancel it, I emailed them back because theyve asked why did I want to cancel and that I was going to quickly get help canceling my order but I still havent got an email back. Honestly, Im not understanding why it cant just be a “ cancel order “ button on the app, it will take less time and be way easier than emailing and having to wait. had to cancel my order, unsatisfied
I ordered a bracelet knowing about the 3-4 days it said it would take to prepare before shipping. I contacted support a couple of times after it was past the time it should’ve been ready(the first time i emailed support was a week after it was supposed to be done) and each time they said it would take longer and longer. I ended up having to cancel my order because i needed it in time for mothers day and would’ve never received it in time. If you are ordering off the site beware that not all they say about wait time is true, and don’t depend on their expected times.Show lessCanceled my order

This is my second time buying stuff from them. The first time was a Christmas gift matching necklaces for me and my bestfriend at the time and now my reason is for my boyfriend birthday i wanted to get his name on my necklace with his birthstone.
