Avianis has been acquired by Portside and the new team is evaluating the current pilot mobile app. The goal is to provide a reliable, easy to use pilot mobile app. The team is working on determine the best plan to move forward and deliver.

Awful.

Deleting and re-installing the app for the umpteenth time. Trying to open the app on my I-phone. It opens then closes spontaneously. Constant issues with this app. If I had a choice, I would not waste my time with this App, or Avianis in general for that matter. I am shocked my company bothers with it.

Should be negative stars

I detest this app. It is wicked slow to load, frequently gets stuck in sync mode requiring you to kill the app, and then the app does not remember you and you have to reload everything. Or it crashes.

Hire a programmer

Look, Kenny D. paid a fair amount of coin for Avianis, a Wheels Up company. The bugs, fixes for bugs, is beyond belief. Load failures, updates require mfa login each time is a real drag, and time consuming.

Most aircraft have iPads, yet this app will not auto rotate? My 15 year old could fix this in about an hour!

The team is working on resolving the landscape issue on the iPad. It used to offer that function.

Cannot be used offline

Work frequently sends me places with no cellular nor internet connection, cannot post anything without a connection. Can only input items after the fact. If I know I will duty off in a few minutes, I should be able to post it before, not after I’m off duty.

Can I rate zero?

Terrible app. You cannot log on duty time nor log off without multiple error messages. Time calculation frequently wrong.

Slow to load unless on a very fast connection.
