Fraud - rip off
When purchasing items the price it advertises is not the price charged!! Have screen shots to prove the two seperate amounts. When purchasing an item for $1.99 it actually charges $2.99 and only increases the more you spend. Fraudulent advertising and stealing more money then authorised.Akta10
So bad
I just downloaded the game and I just started and then first of all it told me the land was clear and I had to buy a house but then I bought house and it was sold so then a AD was passing by Next on I closed out the ad and then I had to sell the house to a bunch of contractors then suddenly another ad came by and then told me I had to buy a house again I was almost going to delete the app I tried 20 times and you told me you have to pay have to pay I accidentally clicked ad free button but then A lot of glitches in errors kept occurring the game so then I got very mad. Horrible
I’ve literally only had this game for like 3 days. I went somewhere and didn’t have internet and kept clicking the offers that it gave me for the house and I noticed that it was giving me money and the house wasn’t being sold. So I was like cool, I did that until I was at like $4 million and I was playing the game fine. I bought a house ad clicked the upgrades. And while they were fixing I went away from it for a little while, and I can back and had $-640k like how is that even possible. I’m thinking maybe bc it thought I was cheating on purpose and then after I bought all those houses it took away that money but before the cheat I only had like 70k and I bought like 2 houses for 600k after the cheat. So I don’t think that’s what happened but I am very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very verrryyyyy upset!!!!!!!!!!Show lessMadybae14
Glitches
Many times I have had a final offer or updated offers on a house that I completely renovated to make quite a big profit but lost it because I swiped to the next house or looked at the buyers list again. Every time this happens I still have time left on the clock, but because I hit a button or went to look something up on the game before accepting, the offer drops back down to the original offer and I not only don’t get a gain, but LOSE money because it still took my renovation costs. Good game but a lot of ads!! A lot!
Pros: This game can be a really good real estate simulation game. This game allows user to buy and sale or rent properties and sell it after the lease is up. Which is really good! The graphic is average - Kind of cartoonish. The developer can do better on the graphic!
Cons:
1. While you are renting, you call lose everything during the night. There is always some emergency repairs even when the game is close on the background. When you don’t fix the emergency repair, the tenant leaves the house. They have to find a way to allow user to hire a property manager to fix everything when you don’t pay attention to the game. Nobody will wake up at 3 AM to play this game! Nobody!
2. Ads!!! I know ads is the only way for the developer to make money on this game but you watch more ads then playing the game. Most of people will delete this game just because of the ads!
Overall: if you don’t mind ads while playing game, this game is for you! Personally it think this game was created to make money on heavy ads!Show lessHughes G.
Glitches
I have been playing this game for about a week and about to give up.
The idea and the prospects are great but I buy houses and then cannot open any tabs such as fixing and open house, to fix this I have to close the game and reopen...nearly every time. Sometimes when I do this the house has vanished but my money has gone. Today I went to re-rent four houses (apparently a few houses vanished as they were uninhabitable even though I maxed all renovations) out of the 4 I re-rented, only 1 is showing in the tab that you collect rent from, even though it is showing 3 actions that require attention.
I really have been trying with this game and it can be great but I really suggest fixing the glitches.Show lessSuzie-Q79

Totally unplayable like how ridiculous it is to have to watch an add EVERYTIME you open your settings, no direction on how to play. And just a stupid money grab. Would put down as zero stars if it would let me.Grumpy_gus
Fun Game
I Like These Types Of Games... Perferably Because Most Of The “Houseflipping” Games Are Sourrounded By None Other Than Overpriced Or Puzzles. I Did Find Somethings A Little Odd But Maybe Its Because I Am A Newb At This Particular Game.... I Went Broke In A Matter Of A Handful Of Deals Where I Fully Upgraded Everything Top Notch Then Rented Out The Properties Instead Of Selling Them. Because Of That I Ended Up Renting 2 Fully Restored Top Appliance, Flooring, Roofing,Bathroom Specialists And Every Worker They Had Available That I Could Afford For About A Little Under $140,000 And ended Up With Only $3,000 In My Bank Left Over. NOW THAT Blew But I Am Redownloading It Again So I Can Redo My Mistakes In House Flipping.
1 Thing I Do Not Like Is I Keep Getting Anywhere Between $10,000-$20,000 Short Of My Asking Price I Dont Understand That.Show lessspongepickles
Paid money to turn off adds and still had them
So I quite enjoyed the fast paced game.
I saw a lot of adds so decided to pay to turn it off so I won’t have them and I will enjoy the game even more.
Despite paying to turn them off I still had 30s adds after every flip and even just taping settings ikon

I look at the reviews and they were very bad so I thought I would see if the reviews were true I got in the game and I was like ok but when I went to fix the house it went worse you can actually pick the furniture on the inside all you do is pick high end and the other options like I said you don’t get to design and you don’t get to even see the inside when I got to a broken house I tried to fix the outside but when I clicked high end and made it go bye fast the outside didn’t even change and some of the houses don’t even have an option to sell for more than you bought it for game needs lots of improvementShow lessDrdragonjake
