Really good game but it has issues with the rental and buying would like it fix to keep playingEarthlord7
Okay but needs updates
Now I usually do not give reviews unless a game is horrible or needs some updates but this game is surprisingly fun! At first I made little money and it was really hard and I wasted many gems and purchased more with money. But my one complain is that I feel like it’s too less time so if you could please add a few more seconds that would be great and maybe have daily rewards of gems so we don’t have to waste money. I know this is for money but if you would please lower the payments?Show lessasdfghjdbkfnd
Good game but....
It has been good until now.... when I do my updates and they are all done on the house I get good offers but before I accept them I go to switch to another house real quick or answer a text and I loose every offer and acting like I just bought the house and now I sell a house and when I close out and come back on it says I didn’t sell it but I fully upgraded it and it’s offering less money then I sold it forShow lessjohnzwolinski
Too many glitches
If you try to renovate more than one house at a time, the game will glitch and not actually check off any specific renovation requirement if you’re not literally watching the house when each renovation completes. So basically you’ll end up spending money for no increase in property value. Even with this problem, I was willing to continue playing, but I decided to only work on one house at a time. The glitch that made me stop playing was when I had a 700k house up for rent, and a 50k house ready to sell. When I accepted payment for my 50k house... it sold my 700k house! For 50k!!!
I lost over 600k in one click!

Crazy ads and glitches badly
Along trying to just play without 5 ads popping up, the clock is annoying I had repairs happen and put phone down and came back and the house was gone. Money was gone because I just bought house so I had to start over because I had nothing.
The clock is most annoying you HAVE to accept a offer you can’t decline and if you had repairs happening you lose money. In real life you don’t loose money if repairs are still happening. Just could be a lot more fun like the old game “build a lot” it was close to thisShow lessTttteerrrrraaaabbbllluyyy
Great potential
I’ve really looked for a good “home flipping game” and this does tick all those boxes. The concept is super solid it not only allows you multiple contractors to work simultaneously (which is very different from any other game and much more realistic) but it also allows for renting out of your properties which I have not seen in any other game.
The biggest down side are quite a few issues that if I’d read the other reviews I would have known going in. The directions you receive from the start are nonexistent. I had three contractors working on a house when the time expired and I didn’t even know there was a timer. Which I personally don’t think it should exist there should just be accrued expenses for holding onto a house for a long period, or the quality of the different categories should deteriorate.
Also, the ads are very excessive and the pop ups for different activities in game are interrupting and mess up the time crunch you’re in.
The biggest issue I’ve seen though is that these issues were brought up in other reviews over a year ago and they haven’t been resolved which is extremely disappointing.Show lessShane the Shane
It was better....
I downloaded this game by accident but got into it and really started enjoying playing, the earlier version I had downloaded was much more stable. The only problem I had before was fake house listings but now the game crashes all the time, the clock doesn’t run or skips ahead 4 minutes, every time I open the game I’ve been given loads of free houses which I hadn’t bought and get given an extra few million.
Besides those problems I enjoy the game but you do get stuck with the same people all the time the same houses and the same addresses. Would love expansion over trying to fix the very minute problems you had earlier on.Show lesskmd666
What a waste
I don’t understand this game, a lot of effort has been put into making the graphics look great but the game play is nonsensical.
I have a few questions for the developers:
Why does choosing a 1 or 5 year rental period not change the time it takes or the money you receive from the rental income?
Why, even when my house value is well above the purchase value do I only get offers the same or less than the purchase price?
Why are there no instructions on how to play?

Absolutely love the game apart from this annoying issue I’m having.
I had a property for rent as I was simply trying it out. Now after many hours of playing for some reason this property will not show. I can not collect any rent as the pop up menu or ones rentals, is left blank. Not even the message saying you have no rentals. I did a 2 year term on the property and it’s not even half way.
PLUS— there is this one property that pops up with no photo but all the listing information and if I press to buy it.. it says soo there is a issues loading and so forth and then I have to close the game completely and then reopen it. Sometimes even needing to delete the game a reinstall.
To only find these issues have not changedShow lesskksoejdbhdkduxb
Want to love it
Overall I really like this game but there are so many glitches. If you accidentally scroll over instead of clicking open house suddenly your offers have dropped back down to your original offer and you’re losing money. My last game, and what finally got me to write a review, I closed the app out AFTER I sold all properties & when I opened it back up it was like my houses weren’t sold but the offers were the original offers I had and I had no option but to accept them because I couldn’t more forward with anything. So I lose 30-50k per house whenever this happens because this app has issues. So annoying.
Also the ads are CRAZY. You can’t even open the SETTINGS without watching an ad first!Show lessThugLifeRhymes
