  • Games great! Just one question?

The game is fun to play I figured out how to handle or just wait out most pop up disasters so they aren’t a big deal.

But my question is what exactly do the managers do after you hire them? Do they automatically take care of a pop up so I can focus on another flip or rental or are they property managers? Some clarification on their roles would be a big help on deciding if I should use them again.

  • ADs

Alright game but way too many ADs, every time I click on something it makes me watch a 30second add. I usually don’t mind ADs in games, it’s expected with free games. The actual game playing is 20%. You’ll spend 80% of your time watching ADs
  • Flawed but fun

First of all, the game seems to have a function where it allows you to do a couple repairs then if you close the game and reopen it later you get a screen of offers that you have no choice but to accept one of the offers as there is literally no way to close that screen or reject all the offers. I wouldn’t dare dream of buying a 50k foreclosure and slapping a new coat of paint, patching the roof and trying to flip it for 60k... you’re leaving money on the table. At least fix this function where you can close that window or reject all those offers and go back to renovating. Same happens if I choose the rent option. About the best work around to this flaw that I’ve found is to immediately choose rent, do a couple repairs, wait for the tenants to break the lease(it WILL eventually happen) then choose rent again, a couple more repairs and wait for the broken lease again. It’s workable, but wholly unrealistic and ridiculous. Fun, but fundamentally broken.

  • Glitch City

I love this game because I’ve always loved bingeing home improvement shows and would love to do it. The concept is great and I’ve really gotten into the groove of flipping. However, the game glitches way too often. Almost every time I open the app, it tells me that I have to take an offer from a house I know I didn’t buy and don’t have time to fix, and I know I never leave the game in the middle of a flip. And then I’ll buy a house and then it’ll tell me that there’s something wrong and I have to restart the app yet again. Like I said, I love the game but not the problems.

  • Fun but lots of bugs and glitches

I regularly pay for upgrades only for them not to be highlighted in the Offers once completed and then have no impact to the price of the offer. The offer numbers regularly change and I suddenly go from $30k above what I paid to then $40k below, even though all upgrades and fixes requested still show as being completed.
I wish there was an option to pay for more permanent handymen and employees. Having only one and needing to hire extra help for each house is very limiting for game progress.

  • Need update

Had 3 houses and 2 houses disappeared even though I didn’t sell them.
    Needs to be updated too
  • Lots of Glitches

This game is fine if you just want to pass time and don’t really care if everything works well or works consistently. Many basic functions of the game do not work properly a lot of the time, and they are really basic functions in the game. This game is obviously an ad grab, with little concern for game play or functionality. This is further evident in the infrequent updates, even to fix basic things. My guess is that this is created by some guy in his basement, and not operated by anyone with any programming knowledge.

  • Could be great

Great concept of buying and selling houses. Renting and leasing almost never works out however. Maybe 10% of my rental properties would actually make it to the end of the lease without either becoming inhabitable(and not being given a chance to fix it) or the buyer not being able to pay back. Maybe add a feature that shows an applicants credit score or current employment to add some realistic aspects to the game while making it a bit more challenging and fun. Game is also super glitchy. I had a portfolio of over a million and then I just opened it and it reset back to $100,000 that you’re given at the beginning of the game. A lot of ads as well, those were less of a problem than everything else. A few changes and I’ll play this game a lot.

  • Won’t flip!!!

I am having a huge issue that stops next from playing this game!!! Every time I launch it, it comes up with the usual title flip it, the only problem is, every time I flip my screen, the game does to. This stops me from being able to play the game as when I do flip it the game does too. This game breaking mechanic is really annoying! Anyone know how to fix it?

    (Kidding, great game)

  • Obvious Problems

Rentals - There is no information on what to do with rental properties. If I don’t collect the money before the lease is up, the money just goes away? How long is 1 year vs. a 5 year in real time?

Selling - You get 5 minutes to fix up a house. If you choose to fix up more than one house at a time, toggling between them makes your highest offers go down. Why? Why isn’t there a running total of what I’ve put into a house (cost + upgrades) while I’m upgrading? The only way to see the actual amount spent is afterwards in the portfolio, unless it’s a rental. By the way, what is the number with the red/ green arrow in rental mode? Some explanation on this would be nice.

Gems - Multiple times, I bought 2 more minutes, it took the gems but didn’t give me any more time. You can buy special managers, but they cost gems. It would be nice to have a cash deal on these guys every once in a while, so I actually knew what real value they brought to a project before I spent real money on gems. Also, these managers come with an explanation if you tap them, but the “handyman” doesn’t. What does he do to cost twice as much?

This would be a fun game if there were some fixes. The lack of goals and house prices capping out at around $700k also makes gameplay boring after about 2 days. Short sales make game play a bit more interesting.
