The game house flipper is a captivating game. I get to buy, remodel, and either sell or rent out a house to make a profit. This game is able to capture the attention of not only people with real estate interests but every one else, I am an example of that.
I also like the gems that are used to skip through the renovation process. I can be pretty impatient to wait through the timer so I immediately use the gems. You can purchase more gems if you run out, Pretty impressive.

I downloaded this game and have been playing for hours, it’s addictive. The game play is the right level of difficulty to keep you challenged without being so hard that you can’t progress. The concept is simple, you renovate houses to either rent out or sell and the idea of the game is to make the most profit. There are lots of similar games in this genre but this is one of the best out there. The tutorial is easy to follow and you get the hang of the game quickly. Another massive positive for this game is the graphics which are colourful and engaging. They make the game a pleasure to play and I feel very relaxed after playing. The game is very varied which keeps you entertained for a long time. There are so many different styles of houses and upgrades that you can make to them.
As well as House Flipper being visually appealing, you have the fun challenge of trying to make the most profit so getting the balance right by not overspending on the reno. It makes you feel like a real property developer and you can amass quite a lot of money very quickly if you have the right skills.
