Very helpful and fun.
This app is very helpful I must say, it’s fun in a way like you’re playing a game but very realistic because you get to walk through various stages of renovations. I particularly enjoyed how the value of the price kept going up after a few upgrades.
If you’re a House Flipper just like me or looking to be one, you should definitely give this a try. It’s fun and practical, it gives a real sense of what steps to take in renovating a house to up its value.Show lessteecrown01
House Flipper
It is a very fun game with a lot to offer. Beware this house renovation can get a little addicting lol. It is amazing because it gives you the ability to be creative and also teach the business side of real estate and building wealth. You don’t need to spend money to progress if you know how to manage the properties and time you will have great success in the game.
It is way more to it than just buying a fixer upper and trying to flip it for a profit. I like the fact it give you the option to rent the house which in my personal opinion is not the best way to go if you want to make the highest profit in the shortest time. PS if you want to have the highest profit margins in any of the house be sure to upgrade them Highend, I find that out when I did a renovation on property with all highend. Again this is my opinion you don’t have to follow it lol.

Best House Flipping Game!
This the best house flipping games available on the App Store. You have a chance of buying a fixer upper and do the necessary renovation to flip the house. They also give you the ability to rent the house if decided to do so instead of selling. After downloading many house flipping kind of apps, that's the only app in the App Store that actually give you the full business side of flipping a house. I love the update guys keep up the good work!

It’s ok, could use some improvement
I like the game, I like how it gives you a little bit of the feel of flipping houses and being able to sell or rent but I don’t like how you have to keep buying new people to help work on the homes, I feel like it should be like you should have your team n of course they have to be paid but it’s weird to have to keep buying them especially when you’re buying multiple homes at once so then it’s kind of like over pay to me. But other than that one thing I like it but I can tell I will be deleting it soon and finding another game similar to it.Show lesstwaa'

I couldn’t even get through my 3rd sale without money going missing from my account, properties I bought not appearing, the rent process is trash and I can’t even see the renovations happening!
I literally was trying to do two sales at one as one would in “real life” and accepted a sale and it was applied to the house I was renting which is crazy because the rent rate is a significantly different price rang than the sale prices so I know I was not in error with my selections. I am deleting this game and hope to find a less stressful one in its place.Show lesskn9009
This game could be so good.
I really wanted to like this game, but I can’t. I opened the game for the first time and the instructions were slim to nothing. I was forced to spend 18 of the 20 gems you start out with. I closed the app and came back when I had a break and immediately when you open the app you are forced to watch an add. Like immediately before you even get to the game screen. (I understand the use of adds. I play add games all the time, but it should not be forced upon me immediately.) Finally got to the game screen clicked on an “accept offer from a buyer” and another add popped up. Like holy heck! How can anyone play a game when an add is literally popping up every minute!? Could be good but…
I saw this game and immediately thought it was going to be GREAT, but sadly it was a disappointment. I only played for one house time so this might not be true but I can’t believe that we can’t see INSIDE the actual HOUSE!! isn’t that the whole point of the game?!? again, I might be wrong I might have not seen something but in the directions it doesn’t show you how to look in the house so.. anyway if you can see inside the house please let me know cuz this game WOULD be really good. thanks😁😁Show lessrbw😁😁🤪🤪

Not good
Reading peoples reviews from 3 years ago and yet I’m Still experiencing that same problems. No description on how to play the game properly. When you buy a house and want to sell it straight away it does not sell to what it’s valued at but sells on to what you bought it for and maybe a couple thousand extra compared to the value being 200k more. I realized to get that money you have to rent it first and then sell it. Awesome game but so many stupid annoying things. This game could of had potential but unfortunately the people who made this game don’t really care about what the players are asking for.. and values on my properly don’t go up after a while they have been the same every timeShow lessCharbzzz
