Great Game But I have some suggestions
First of all, this is a very good game. Very fun and ads aren’t that long but… I have some suggestions.
I made 17 million dollars in the game currency, but the most expensive houses don’t even reach 8 million. It’d be great to see what the developers could create for something like a 20 million house.Show lessSupraCharged
Ads
It’s a fun game and I’m enjoying progressing through it, however, after you load into the game there is an ad. After you collect your money from renting out your house there’s an ad… for each property you own. It’s fun but the games not called “ad watching simulator” I’d like to be able to play uninterrupted, for at least a little bit, without having to pay.

Add galore
Within 1 min I had an add I didn’t even click to watch. Then after that the entire game froze and on TOP of that the into doesn’t explain any steps at all so you’re just going in blind????beeftats
Glitchy
The game has potential but it’s soooo glitchy! Ads freeze the game a lot and if that happens in the middle of a sale then you have to reload the game and you lose the ability to do repairs so you take a loss. Sometimes the buttons don’t work for repairs so you end up losing money. Sometimes if you try to reload during a glitch it buys houses with your money and then you have to sell them at a loss. I can’t figure out the rental feature, every time I’ve tried it if I go out of the game the rent is gone when I come back so it’s not like an idle game where it accumulates while you’re offline, you have to stay in the game to collect it and the amount of time it’s rented is arbitrary even though you have a “lease”. Every time I’ve tried to do multiple houses it glitches and freezes the game. There is an ad every time you load the game, buy a house, and sell a house so it’s a lot of ads! Plus every repair takes about 2-4 minutes and you can’t do more than one or get out of the game or else it will glitch or lose your progress so you just have to sit there and wait without anything else to do and that gets pretty boring. First, this game is very glitchy. When I first got this app, it kept on bringing me back to my home screen. Second, I will spend more than $58,000 on a house, and the biggest price someone will buy it for is $1,000! How will I ever make any money?! Last, I thought I was gonna be able to do some designing too, but it’s just clicking buttons that say “improve bathroom” so it’s not that fun. Also, we don’t even get to see the inside of the house! We are just pressing buttons that say “fix” while looking at the outside of the house. This game really isn’t that entertainingShow lessTgmbrasil

Ads pop up so much that’s it’s very annoying I played for 10 mins or less and 7 ads pop up I don’t mind ads but that’s just to much for me can’t say the game is good or badtecofsky85
Fix the bugs please
It’s a great game, it would be better if it didn’t try to get you to spend the in game currency 3 or 4 times a house! Oh and if you could please fix the bug that doesn’t let me see the properties ive got as rentals that would be great too, it is very frustrating knowing I have income houses there that I can’t get any income from nor can I sell them and get some of the money backShow lessDaztroyer13
A few things
I like this game a lot. Changes I would recommend:
Every single time material is delayed or it is raining. I have never flipped a house without having to spend gems.
2nd thing is many many times the highest offered price is way lower than the value. We should be able to reset with people willing to pay what’s it worth. I would gladly update my review after this, but I just sold a house for 30k less than what it was worth. Ridiculous.Show lessGoonybaby

Timer after buying a home
I’m really enjoying the game, but the timer when purchasing a home is a little annoying, it’s like you’re forced to spend money to buy time or lose profits on the home you’re working on... also, I’m getting tired of buying a home, I can’t do anything to it until I close the app and re-enter it which I again, I lose time and have to rush or lose profit... these issues need to be fixed ASAP...Show lessjas1975!
