LESS ADS MORE CONTENT PLS!
If I were to pay $6 for a game I’d want it to be worth my money. If I needed to watch 1 bil ads for an idle game, I’d also want more content. The good does not outweigh the bad, here.. moving on.
The art is great! And the concept of this game is good, but if I were to pay for this I’d want some improvements to be made.
(I.e.) 1. The ability to edit the look of the house. (More of a designing game). 2. More options for rent; trying to give the tenant warning before eviction, more IRL experience in general. 3. Buying/Selling; Auction properties, more variety, etc. 4. More in-depth neighborhood information to be able to affect the base payment and eviction rate averages. 5. NO ADS on load-up. This is very inconvenient for players, and increases the rate of giving up on and deleting this application. 6. Offline play.Show lessflokee13
Wish it wasn’t so glitchy.
Quite enjoyable, but glitchy. You can’t own and fix more than one house at the same time. If you switch to one then switch back, the buyer will not offer anything higher than their second offer. So if you buy a house at 108000 and renovate for 113000, it will tell you that it is worth like 129000, but the highest offer you will receive after renovations will be 110000. Very frustrating. Would be great otherwise, I hope this game gets updated and fixed. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.Show lesscanadasamson
Great Concept
I like the newly developed option of being able to rent out or sell. This really helps you conceptualize what it takes to buy a house, fix it up & make some money flipping it right away or renting it from 1 to 5 years. FlippIt! Needs fixing
I love this game but, you need to be able to reset the game when you mess up also when you click the rent button you cant back out if you accidentally click it . I think there should not be those incident notice cause if you have no money and gems you can’t get it back renting. I know you are a game that just started and I wanted you to fix it so you can make your game better.Show lessicystrat
Love it but fix it
I love this game but having issues with it randomly closing completely. Also getting random errors come up when trying to sell. The last time I tried to sell a house I lost all of the money from the sale because the game decided to shut down. Still came up on the records that it had sold but did not get the money. Good game
Good game but I can’t see the house that I have bought and are renting out they won’t show up I can’t see them anymore can you please fix it / delete it and got it back tryed to link it back to my Facebook and lost all my progress not happy please fix ?liam24253884
It’s fine...
I had my hopes up and was so excited to get this game but when I played it it was boring so here are some suggestions 1 we shouldn’t have to pay for no adds 2 we should be able to earn gems the only way to get them is to pay 💰 3 we should be able to build and design the houses not just do nothing while we wait for the time to pass so it’s fixed and 4 there should be more color not just old dark ugly colors now lastly we should get to see the inside of the house so now that you know my suggestions and want to know if you should get the game or not then no don’t get it! Needs Tips and Hints
Okay just a couple of things I’ve discovered.
It’s important to check in on your renters frequently as they break their lease when something needs fixed in the home and you’re not fixing it.
Sometimes homes that are really damaged go through foreclosure and the price drops 10%
Fully closing and reopening the app reloads new for sale properties
You can buy cash with gems if you try and purchase a property that’s more then what you have on hand
The price shown on the renters screen can fluctuate from month to month and is an appraisal value.
Homes don’t sale for appraisal value
Once you choose sale or rent you cannot change that selection.
It’s good to rent before selling as you can time the market
Closing the game fully in the middle of a home purchase will bug your game and you will lose both money and home

Ads come back after perchaes
It’s a good game, the ads came back 3 days after purchase. That’s $7.99 for 3 days. I thought it’s one off purchase. Disappointing. Deleted.5-Star Viewer
