  • Great

I love this game. I first got it because I’ve been into the hone flips so I thought I would give it a try. When I first started I was really confused and started to get frustrated, but once I learned the game I really enjoyed it. I hate how there are lots of ads and you have to pay to get them removed. Almost every time I work on a home there’s always time that I have to use gems in order to continue my home. I overall love this game and have learned to kind of get addicted to it

  • Has potential

This is the best game I have played in a while. I was seriously considering buying but I’m not sure. After playing it for a couple of days I went in and all my rentals were gone. I couldn’t sell or renew the rentals.
I enjoyed it so much I don’t mind starting over again, however I am starting to lose interest as the exact same thing happened to my friend. It’s a shame, this game has potential. I may try again in a few months time to see if bugs are fixed.

  • Issues to be fixed!

Lost all my money been playing this for weeks just to lose all of it disappointing...
  • Not sure what they did to the game

Had a ton of houses, worked my way up, has millions of money, game glitched I lost everything.
  • It is a good game, some minor problems

So first of all, this game is kind of hard to get used to, not many instructions. Once you know what you are doing it is pretty easy to get going and to get more money. In the title I mentioned minor problems, the first one I encountered was the game freezing, that was fixable just by leaving and going back into the app, but that might have been my phones fault. Another problem, that I was happy to have happen, was being able to sell the same house over and over again and get a bunch of money, but overall it is a fun game.

  • Meh

I mean, I LOVE this game when I have money but when you run out... you have to buy money... and it AINT CHEAP . So please consider my review. I started to not loose money and I thought I had gotten the hang of it... but then I turned it off. I came back to have not even enough money to buy a house. Plus part of the game is buying houses soooo...and the RAIN!!!! 😤😭😢 I spent $600 on paint repairs and rain ruined it😕So I just ran out of money on my ITunes card and ran out of money on the game! I mean.... really... Why???

  • It could be better

When I started playing it was fun at first, but then I realized that if you wanted to change the house you have to watch a video to get coins. Which is not fun. And all the options of furniture and stuff like that was not that good. If you wanted to get a better view than you would click a button in the corner, and it would give you a TERRIBLE perspective. But the longer I started to play it started glitching, like CRAZY and I got never ending money. But when it started happening I thought,” Oh, maybe this is not so bad.” But then I realized that I could not buy anything with it. So, that is your choice if you want to get the game or not.

  • Shit game

I can’t do anything, and there’s no explanation or guide.
  • Love the Game but Definitely Needs Work

I’ve become quite addicted to this game and playing along seems really fun. My only downside is sometimes when I close the app, I’ll be busy working on a home and after setting up everything to get renovated I’ll close the app. When I reopen, it seems I have “magically” bought another house that ALWAYS makes me lose money because I never wanted to purchase it and by the time I notice it all the time is up and I have no time to even put any time into the house which is always usually completely renovated already. It’s quite annoying and it’s only my only flaw with this game but other than that it’s great

  • The game

The game has a great concept. But every time I go to collect the rent there’s always a 5 second ad that always pops up and when the game loads there’s another 5 sec add.. I understand you want to make money with the game via adds. But every few clicks there’s an add.. like come on.
I also noticed when there’s a problem with the property, there’s no way of fixing it, the fix button just is not there and I have to reload the game and yet more adds.

If there was a way to reset the renting with a single button. Instead of having to go through everyone house.

This so called button will “rent” out ALL the properties and will pop up with a list of amount of repairs if you’d want to do them all and pay a lump sum instead of having to go through every single house, the game lags/glitches when swiping through your properties. This will make the game a lot smoother.

There should be an option to higher a property manager who oversees your properties for a small “fee” it could be either rubies or a portion of your cash.
