App is crashing
I just purchased your watch and your app is not letting me sign in. Every time I try to open your app it continues to crash. Can you please fix it.
Horrible customer service
I got the PowerWatch X and can not even use it. I have no idea if it is a good watch or not. The app doesn’t even work. It keeps shutting itself off every time I try to open it. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it multiple times but it’s the same problem.
I have tried many many times to contact customer service. After 2 months and about 4-5 attempts they responded. They asked me what phone and iOS I was using. I answered them and I have not hear back from them yet. I have sent the message 5 times and I got nothing. I will attempt to contact the better business bureaus.
I’m sure the watch is awesome but the customer service is trash. That is why I do not recommend buying any products from Matrix.

App crashes on me after signing in
So I tried to get my PowerWatch 1 back into the game when my Fitbit died

Very disappointed
I purchased this watch because I wanted a parameter and watch I did not want a smart watch. The Watch will not stay charged and keeps powering off. I’ve been unable to sync it numerous times.
Can not load
When I downloaded this app and finally got an account created it goes blank. Not once I logged in the app will not open. It keeps going off.
Bluetooth link is horrible
The app links to the watch via Bluetooth and it stops working after the first couple of times it connects. The fix for this from Matrix customer service is to delete the app and reinstall to get the watch and iPhone to sync up again...deleting all history and starting from scratch every time you do this. You definitely don’t get what you pay for with this watch....you get much less. A first gen I-watch has better technology than this expensive bulky paperweight. Total garbage.

Disappointing- much like the watch itself
Crashes as routine, glitchy and unreliable.
Connection Issues
Very rarely connects via Bluetooth. It is a real pain to try and get the app to sync with my IPhone.
Hopeless Bluetooth
The watch works as it should but pairing with the app is so unreliable that it is a waste of time.
