Updates causing more issues than solving.
The concept is great, a girly ness band that does not require charging. That might have been my selling point bc batteries always die at the most inappropriate time. The cons are the lack of customization. I know they said coming soon will be able to change the face, but I would assume they would have figured this out by now. Also, the most recent update has really turned my opinion down. The most recent update 1.06 now makes it that if I am not doing any major movement that it turns off the clock face and now just says “Matrix Industries”. What is the purpose of a watch if I cannot tell the time? Please fix this or advise how to fix as my confidence in this company is going down each time an update doesn’t show any promise.

Matrix Power Watch
The watch looks cool and maybe with updates it will be good. The inability to move from stopwatch mode back to time or running mode is frustrating. One can’t time a soccer match for instance and then also know what time it is-you actually have to stop or pause timing to see the time. Also so far the distance calculation on my runs has been way overstated. Finally, when you sleep from 10 pm to 5 am., the app shows 2 hours on day 1 and 5 hours on day too-accurate but strange.

Very Frustrating but has potential.
Basically, the watch synced to my phone once, when I first got it. After about a month, it failed to sync for a firmware update. After multiple tries and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it still fails to sync which means that it won’t save data etc.. I got this via the crowd funding platform they used to fund the development of the technology for this watch. I believed in them. With that said, back to my trusty Apple Watch version 1... I hope they get this together, because of the potential of this technology.

Works ok
Good early iteration. Wish you could have auto sync and also that the app connected to the Apple Health app, so that my fitness information could load into my company’s fitness initiative program.

I just received my PowerWatch and I am liking the easy to use app. It monitors everything from steps, to running, to sleep. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because in order for the be up to date with my activity each day, I have to sync my device manually with my phone. I had a Fitbit previously and the app would automatically update when you opened it. Still good app though!!

I love this watch and app
I set it up easily and everything worked. I got the confirmation email right away (which some people say they didn’t get). The only thing is I’m not sure if I can do custom watch faces. Other than that I really love the watch
Not receiving a confirmation email
It’s a great looking paperweight right now since I have not heard back from their customer service on this issue. What’s the point of a watch that can’t tell time until you get a confirmation email (that never arrives apparently).
