Pretty good
Does what it claims except sleep is skittle off sometimes. Watch faces are a must though. It can’t be that hard to give us some verity. But besides that the power watchx is a robust watch. I work for a utility and it holds up. Heart monitor in the future would be great and a better app but can’t complain never needs charging. Minor fixes and 5 star.

Not to sure
Well have had the watch about 4days and to say the least it feels like the watch and app are about the same and that is “UNFINISHED”
the app will not stay synced and the watch is kinda blah, I know they said things are coming in the future but I am not sure I will have the watch then, the charging concept is awesome but that is not enough for me to over look all other aspects so I would not recommend this app nor the watch to anyone when you could get another watch for the same or less and have all the functionality and customizations you could ask for.

Unhappy
This product doesn’t work. The only thing that works is it keeps time. I’ve wore it for a month, watched, and read everything to get the watch to work as advertised and wasted hours of my time. I’m going to try to return it.
Looking forward to updates
I love this watch. I have high hopes for this company. Supported this product of Kickstarter and I am so excited to get in on the ground floor. A few things would be helpful.
1. Light, I can not see my display if I wake I. The middle of the night and want to know the time.
2. Heart rate. Would be cool. But not a totally need.
3. Better sleep detail.

Power X
Have had this watch for about a month now, I do like to watch however the lack of customization is my only real complaint. The watch band has a little bit to be desired but I can get over that. The fact that most of my applications to do not work with the watch nor can I check the heart rate or anything like that it’s a real bummer. Otherwise it’s actually pretty cool watch, I’m a paramedic and I use it for work all the time and it has been reliable since it got it out of the box.

Would be nice to have the watch I ordered over a year and a half ago, might as well delete the app and save space
I am trying to like this watch...
But you guys screw up the basics. Why do I have to manually start sync and after the latest update it doesn't even do that anymore. Connection failed. I'm starting to lose my connection to this watch and software too....
Needs a section to log food intake
I went from FitBit to a MatrixPower Watch and I’m enjoying it...mostly. I lost quite a few features when I switched over but gained quite a few as well:
The Pros: The water resistance, the more accurate calorie tracker, and the ability to be charged through thermoelectrics.
The Cons: No food tracker in the app, no music control or heartbeat monitor, at least in the BlackOps model.
I will be upgrading to the PowerWatch X in December in hopes of some more added features, but I beg you, Matrix Industries, please add at least the food tracking feature. Or some form of it.

Watch has potential, too bad about the app
When I first got the watch, the app would lose connection with the watch after about 3 days. After a couple of firmware updates, the app claims connection to the watch but data doesn’t synchronized. Customer service is nonexistent.
