Really wanted to like this
Not so proud owner of a PowerWatch X. I really wanted to like this watch, but sadly keep getting more and more disappointed with it. From it constantly not being able to sync my data from the watch to the app and now with this newest version of the app the option to re-add the watch it gone. It keeps insisting the watch isn’t unpaired and won’t let me add again. Deleted the app and reinstalled and that didn’t help either. If I could I’d definitely want my money back and get a nice Garmin which, while I would have to charge it, would do more than this thing.

Poor software update
Only 1 alaram and that to can't set it from watch directly. Limited with 3 Watch faces. Don't display all notifications(limited). Most of the time I see Syncing or Matrix Industries. Not a real tech gadget to spend $250. Waste of money. I would say get apple watch 3 for Thanksgiving it has ton of new features(siri, notifications, maps,gps, heartbeat, SOS. etc....) with same price

Update bricked my watch
The last update apparently bricked my watch. It’s now stuck on the “Matrix” screen. Can’t get it to reset. Normally there would be a battery to disconnect but in this case that’s not an option. Too many issues feels like a beta watch rather than a device I waited TWO years to receive. Poor choice on my part thinking this was a great concept. One star for how it looks.

Can’t update firmware...
The watch feels great. Been wearing it almost everyday but I can never get it to connect smoothly to my phone via Bluetooth, the app won’t connect as quick with the watch and now I can’t update the firmware. Been unable to sync with the app for almost a week now. Now it’s just a watch that I can’t count my daily activities anymore.

More watch faces
I work in the medical field and need to take pulses. There needs to be a watch face with seconds displayed or it just isn’t practical. The new update came for the X and no second counter. Please fix this!
Not ready yet...
The idea is great and they took their sweet time developing these watches but no way is it ready. The app only syncs 1/4 times I try. Usually have to restart phone and watch to get to synchronize. Every update also kills my pairing. I need to reset the watch and reinstall the app. And good luck resetting the password, I’m still waiting for the email to reset password.
Overall I am extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just Bluetooth frequently stopped to work
Bluetooth frequently stopped to work and you need to reset it. Otherwise it's cool watch and concept.

Only a default watch face. How long has this app been out and the PowerWatch X only has one face?!?
Phone can go to sleep during a firmware update, why?

Watch is great have not charged it once since I got it. Charging off body heat working great. I feel the step and calorie count a bit optimistic though. I see I’m not alone in synching to an iPhone. Have to regularly restart iPhone to get the watch connected so it can synch. If that can be addressed the package would be great. As is i can only give it an average review... and 3 stars is being generous

App not working
The app used to work fine on my Samsung S7. After switching to iPhone 8 the app is not syncing to the watch at all.
