App Doesn’t Support Troubleshooting
Lately I’ve noticed my watch will tell me my skin and air temperature are about 32F when they are actually closer to 89F and it randomly switches back and forth. I’ve done a full factory reset and it still has this issue. I am suspicious of the calories counter since it’s displaying such a low temperature I’m not sure if it’s recording energy output correctly.

Oops...
Finally got the watches, minus the promised engraving... but, have had no end of frustration with the app rarely syncing... It’s also not the most intuitive to use...
Terrible Product
Took over a year for the watch to show up, first one was defective, and now this app is the worst app on my phone. Constantly drops connection, app freezes, no sync on-the-fly, nothing. What have the developers been doing for 2 years?
Love the idea of the watch
The watch is great ...... when it works. Software is full of bugs and the updates to date have not solved them. Unfortunately this is something that you may want to wait on and purchase at a much later date if they stay in business.
Please get some better programmers and get the software working consistently. This is getting frustrating to deal with daily.

It literally died
Im going to state what I wrote on their instagram page. I got the black ops model. It came in and I had it for about a month or two. One night I came home and took it off and went to bed. The next day I woke up and the screen was completely blank.....It died. The watch that was suppose to be powered by your body heat and never die, died on me. I tried to turn it back on and reconnect, but nothing worked. I never got it wet or hit it on anything. I actually took really good care of it. I mean for the money I spent on this thing. Im so disappointed. If you’re gonna market it as the watch that doesn’t die, make sure it doesn’t freaking die. Go buy an apple watch or something that is more reliable than this.

Great Support
Expected issues with roll out, but found customer support to be responsive & excellent overall. Dealt with same contact the whole time! How many companies can you say that about? Light feature works fine, press & hold upper button. Connect issues have cleared up, have weeks of tracking data on the app now. Graphs are a nice touch. Getting messages, notifications and goal notifications too. Sync issue still lags sometimes, but checking back on the app, it syncs, w/out data loss. No, it is not an Apple or Samsung smart watch, but i didn’t want one of those. I wanted what the PowerWatch offered, especially having a device I did not have to CHARGE with simple operation & durable. Thanks Matrix!

Watch Not syncing
Great watch when working. Syncing is not working currently. Which means no watch. Charging is great tho. But no watch atm.
Wack watch faces/ alarm not working
Waited a loooong time to customize the watch faces... only to learn that I like the standard one better than the other two? Come on can we get some serious customization here?

Matrix x not a smart watch
So after a few months and the last update which finally added a few customization options I still do not think it is a smart watch
It NEVER STAYS CONNECTED Bluetooth is constantly dropping and no feature to notify we’re if Bluetooth is lost (phone lost mode) so I miss messages and other important notifications
NEVER SYNCS yes you can get it to update the fw but the step kcal and other fitness data never makes it to my phone I end up manually entering it and if I forget then no way to remember what I did the previous day
Only slightly disappointed with new watch face that I’m calling the all in one (face 3) why is the right half white that is annoying just put all the data there with a black or white background not both
In the end I LOVE the charging concept of this watch but it’s a self charging watch not a smart watch I’m going to get a fit bit for the fitness tracking and sync I need or maybe even just sacrifice more money for the Apple Watch
