Refuses to sync
Background: i used a Fitbit for years. I never had problems with sync. I’ve read the Bluetooth low power specification; I know how it’s supposed to work. This app mostly doesn’t. For the last few days, app has refused to sync watch at all. Since we just went to Summer Time, my watch is now an hour off. I travel regularly. Without reliable sync, what good is a watch that’s time zones off? This isn’t that hard to program! Often, the only way that I can get sync going is to update firmware. But that action wipes out the watch’s data. Programmers: you must never destroy your user’s data! Bad design. Sync is THE essential function. Since that is mysteriously unreliable, what good is the whole kit?

One star for the idea. That’s about it
I have had this for about 4 hours. The watch itself and accessories are great. IF it worked it would be good but....
1- app is super buggy esp the Bluetooth connection.
2- watch went from thinking it is 87 degrees to 32 and don’t change for an hour. It is 71 in my house.
3- sleep mode worked for 1 minute and will not go back into sleep mode
4-burned up 40% of power in 10 mins
5-backlight is terrible
If you are considering.... wait a while for a new version. Mine is going back

Buggy
Buggy piece of junk. Both the app and the watch itself. Have the PW1 from the prelaunch campaign.
Warning for those wanting the PW2. Matrix has dropped support for the PW1 when they announced the PW2. Don’t expect your own watch to be supported for even a full year.

Not what I expected
Although the watch looks and feels great. It’s rarely a smart watch. About 30-35 percent of messages go thru and about 40-45 percent of calls go thru. That’s cause it doesn’t stay connected to your phone. Please fix.
Quite Disappointing
After waiting 2 years for my watch to arrive I’ve been met with issue after issue and so has my brother with his watch. To name a few:
- No automatic reconnection of Bluetooth when phone is back in range
- Unable to reconnect to watch through app after factory reset (yes I’ve tried everything you will suggest, it’s an internal error)
- Severe lack of development with such limited features, ie only 3 watch faces, pathetic sleep tracking, and a lack of promised “social platform”
- No automatic syncing of recorded data so all data lost when factory reset done to connect watch again. And again. And again.
Please make up for the obscene delays and consistent short-comings and at least give me my moneys worth by making this app work. Please...

All around disappointing
The watch itself and the technology behind it is great. However the app is a total failure. I have to reset the watch and lose all my data every few days because the app won’t connect to the watch even though my phone does immediately. Have had the watch for over 3 months and was hoping they’d fix the bugs but I can honestly say I think the app has gotten worse with connectivity and function. Very disappointed.

Syncing and notifications
Purchased watch for three reasons
1, I am partially deaf so wrist based notifications are fantastic in a watch I don’t have to charge - Lets just say the watch has mood swings and sometimes it’s in a good mood and tells me stuff and sometimes not so much!
2, it looked cool and no charging - a big tick on this score
3, health monitoring - it rarely if ever syncs and the app is a little basic to say the least. So not so brilliant in all fairness

Disappointed
I was in early backer of the powerwatch on indigogo. I quickly upgraded to the power watch X when it became available, in talking to their customer service when everything was said and done, They said I could expect apple health sinking and a variety of other software features. I purchased the watch over two years ago, I finally got it a little over 2 and a half months ago. There are minor issues with the watch itself that are related to the hardware, things like the poor quality light for the display. But other issues are software related, and I’ve been waiting months for those to be fixed. The watch does not connect to Apple health, often I have trouble getting it to connect to my phone. There are a total of three watch faces, not the half dozen I was expecting, and the software allows for virtually no customization beyond selecting a particular watch face. If they had followed through with the promises of the software, I would probably still be wearing mine instead of having it sit on the desk at home while I use an older Apple smart watch.

Sync do not work ...
Have to sync manually ans sometimes it work. I don’t understand why this interface is used for if we can not sync the watch. Plus the screen of the watch (black ops) is terrible, ... definitely a watch you should not buy!
Unable to connect!
After receiving this watch for a gift at Christmas, it paired one time. Once I took it off and put it back on I have been unable all together to pair the watch to the app/my phone. It just reads “Welcome Press Set to pair”. I’ve tried to update the software, disconnect bluetooth and reconnect. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reconnect. NOTHING is working! This is ridiculous.
