  • Careful! You could get fined!!!

    I’m glad I read the reviews to see whether something was wrong with the app. I didn’t find the parking location and no obvious way to actually park. Managed to get out of the car park within 10mins to avoid the fine but only because of helpful people on here. The car park I was in also didn’t take any mobile payments so clearly they want to fine you!!! Shocking

  • STOP RIGHT NOW and get out the car park!

    If you stay over 10 minutes trying to get this app to work you will get £100 fine sent to you. The app won’t work! Looking at other reviews the app don’t work for anyone else either, if you pay by machine reviews suggest you could also get fined if not paid within 10 minutes of entering the car park.
    If have been here over 10 minutes then you might as well stay as you are going to get fined regardless and save yourself the cost of paying for the car park down the road!

  • Shockingly bad app - getting worse

    An update to my previous 1* review.
    This app just gets worse.
    Now at the stage where it won’t work at all. Can’t log in. Button greyed out.
    Tried everything.
    Staff in gym constantly apologising for the problems.

    Constant issues with this app. Latest major fix has broken the ability to pay for parking extension through the app so if you’re running late you can’t pay for more time. Run the risk of an extortionate penalty ticket. Maybe that’s a design feature?

  • Poor, does not work

    Parked in Newquay Cornwall, unfortunately I had no cash so I downloaded this app. Having used numerous parking apps previously I thought this would work like the rest, with ease. Nope, this app recognised where I was parked but did not know I was on one of their car parks. Deleted, reinstalled still no joy. In the end I ended up leaving even after suppling a significant amount of personal data. Very disappointing and cannot believe that Cornwall council have allowed this company to operate their parking machines. Very poor on all accounts.

  • Atrocious

    Have used at Les Mills in Auckland CBD and there is always an issue, even after it has apparently been ‘fixed’. The app doesn’t remember your car details even if they are part of your profile and when you manually add them it crashes the whole app and you have to delete it and reinstall. It also sometimes just doesn’t work at all. I have had to miss classes before and just go home so I don’t run the risk of getting a ticket. Definitely the worst app I have ever used!

  • Keeps failing

    Every time I use it I have to re enter my car details. Then it crashes. I then have to restart it and renter my log in etc. Have tried by always restarting the app before trying to park but still have to go through the enter details. Crash. Restart, re-login process every time. Hopeless. Actually not hopeless, it’s terrible.

    Perpetually faulty resulting in tickets due to the app failing while away from car. There’s a new fault daily.
  • Such a frustrating app

    This app is not intuitive, freezes regularly but the most frustrating feature is that you have to login every time you open the app. I don’t know why it can’t save your user info like every other app!?
  • Awful parking app

    While the concept seems convenient, the app is faulty and needs to be fixed. It needs to be properly updated for iPhone X models (can’t always hit back button because it’s blocked). It can be impossible to add time unless you do it at the exact right moment apparently. It’s slow to load. You can’t trust the app to work once you’re away from the car park, and they’ll give you a ticket even if it doesn’t work (they should be challenged on this).

  • Frustrating app

    App doesn't keep you logged in. Have to keep logging in daily prior to each park.
    Also not friendly with password managers.
