  • Not easy to use and hard to make a payment

    Not easy to used. Had to reset my account to add a card. Then would let me top up.
  • Doesn’t work

    Despite working I December, the app no longer works and I have to manually validate parking at Les Mills every time (reinstalling the app doesn’t help).
  • Cannot browse car parks and pricing

    Downloaded to use for Les Mills Auckland City. Setup is super painful and you have to enter in credit card details manually (no auto fills).

    Map browsing is glitchy. Overall a dogs breakfast of an app. 🐶

    I’ve used some average apps but this one takes the biscuit can’t even use Facebook sign up as it helpfully states that the implementation of Facebook login is wrong. I wouldn’t trust the DEVs to run a bath let alone have my credit card details.
  • Cannot add payment source

    Adding a credit card results in an ‘Invalid Customer ID’ error. Refreshing the payments screen results in a ‘Unable to retrieve the existing cards’ error. Reinstalling app or logging out and in doesn’t help.

    Trying to login and it continues to refresh the page, frustrating as I have to use this for my gym car park.
