  • Nothing is Free

    The site and app claims there is a free version but it includes absolutely nothing (not 1 or 2 deals). Everything showing is grayed out and you can’t click on any offers at all. Maybe it’s ok if you pay but it is false advertising to claim there is a free version.

  • Inability to access via App

    I reset password, signed in then downloaded App. At this point it basically said my credentials were wrong. Bottom line, not working as advertised
  • App works poorly.

    Just subscribed to the premium membership, only to discover that my international airport (U.S.) isn’t supported. Seems like I should have been able to know that information before I joined. Now I can’t get “settings” to expand so that I can cancel.

  • They take your money and don’t respond to emails!

    The free version never sends any deals. Then I got suckered into trying the premium version for 1 month for $1. Every “great deal” directs you to enter another search in google flights. App accomplishes nothing that can’t be done with a google flight notification. I tried to cancel before being billed $49, but the cancellation link mentioned in the FAQ didn’t exist in my version of the app. Tried to reach out to cancel, no response. Yesterday they billed my card $49. I emailed a request to cancel and get a refund, still no response. Next step is escalation with my credit card company! ZERO STARS!

  • Little help and your buggy website

    
    So far I am not impressed with Jack. First I tried to set up my account and after entering my information the site kept rejecting it saying I needed to contact you for help. I did so and got no response. Then I got an email saying I needed to set up my account. I replied again describing what happened and received no help. I did get an email saying I needed to select an airport which I had done before in answering the questions for my account. Then I got this email saying how to set up my account. Still no response to the your website’s inability to work the first time. When I followed the instructions to set up my home airport(s) I found what I had entered before was there. So I have gotten very little help and it seems your website needs some work if not just making it work with new iPads. Thanks anyway.

  • App keeps closing

    Just signed up for a premium membership. ➡️ Downloaded the app as scoping flights for two upcoming trips. ➡️ App keeps closing! Freaking waste of time to enter destination, etc.!

  • Do not upgrade

    I recently installed the upgrade and it kicked me out of the premium version of the app. Very annoying.

  • Does not work

    Do not waste your time as it simple does not work and they will trap you to pay for the premium product .
    Lots os bugs on the app.

  • Amazing deals!!

    I’m so happy they have expanded to include flights from the US! They find great deals and the app is great and easy to use. Can’t wait to book our next vacation!!
