Best workout for you!
I love how it can go from the easiest to hardest and the freedom you have to move as you need. With awareness built in, injuries can heal, as opposed to hurting more. It is the best I found for when I am healing, when I just want to move and enjoy, or when I want to condition! Highly recommended!!!

Nice but no sound.
Just put this on my phone so I can use the workouts while traveling. It’s fine but none of the videos have any sound!
