Fret Zealot Support, does it even exist?
You Must Read This! Many products promise the world in “After Sales Support” & deliver virtually nothing. Also, most products offer virtually zero “Pre-Sales Support.” Well, I was so hell bent on wanting to get my hands on a “Fret Zealot” it wouldn’t have mattered what I might’ve read about their support. But what I had read, indicated that this guy called Shaun Masavage, apparently their CEO was different. Different, Are you kidding me? Yes I bought the product. Excited I was when it arrived I couldn’t wait to install it. Well I didn’t exactly follow the directions as explained in their video (I mean it couldn’t have been any more clear in their instructional video) but no catastrophe… EXCEPT, that I could have saved myself a lot of time. If I had’ve tested the LED strip prior to fitting I would’ve noticed I had a faulty LED. This is something I’m sure would be extremely rare. Ok, so I emailed them & Shaun Masavage their CEO intervened & without any question whatsoever dispatched another “Fret Zealot” to me. It was in my hands literally within a few days! AND I live in Australia. Did I mention it’s Christmas time. It was expedited air freight. Furthermore he contacted me to check I’d received it & that it was in good working order. I am so happy I already feel like I’ll have a close relationship with them & the product is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I am 70yrs old & finally I’ve found the perfect guitar teacher.

FZ changed my guitar journey
I don’t have time for lessons so I ordered FZ to see how I could learn from home. The last year has been amazing. The songs made learning fun and the courses were literally hands on. Learning chords didn’t feel awkward because the lights were my guide. It’s definitely worth the investment. RLLovie Lev

I love my Fret Zealot but had a problem with it recently. Fortunately contacting customer support was easy and they immediately responded. Shaun resolved my issue and kept me updated throughout the process. They provide real customer support.DavidMcKnox
Great customer support
I have had my Fretzealot for about a year now. A few months ago, my led strip had a part of it die. I emailed the support and got a response the next day. Shaun had me do some troubleshooting, like making sure everything was plugged in properly. After the troubleshooting was complete, the section of leds still did not light up.
Shaun pulled up my previous order and let me know that my warranty was not expired. Shaun got the right sized led strip sent off to me. After a few months, Shaun sent me a follow up message to see how everything was working.

Freedom to learn
I love FZ because instead of being locked into a beginners path it’s an entire organized library of video lessons either on songs or courses of any technique. I’ve leveled up a lot in my playing! I just used to noodle around before.Azorror

Great tool for beginner guitarist
I could not be happier about purchasing and using the Fret Zealot. I started learning and playing guitar about 2 years ago and the Fret Zealot has helped me out immensely. Learning chords,scales and songs is made very easy in my opinion. With a great library of instructional videos and songs that are available and the ability to learn and digest them at my chosen pace is awesome. Lastly their customer support is second to none. The couple of questions I’ve had since purchasing my Fret Zealot have been answered within 15 minutes of me sending an email to support and getting back the answers I needed.

There are many of toys that claim to help you learn but nothing is like playing an actual high quality instrument. This gadget makes the whole learning process a joy. The lights are actually kind of fun even when you don’t need them anymore. Really useful feature for finger placement lights perfectly synced up while watching tutorial videos.
