Mood

I’ve never been a meditator, but have seen so much information about the benefits that I’m trying. I’m really not sure what I’m supposed to be doing for meditation, but the music to affect moods and focus is working great for me. I do database work and sometimes it gets dull and I lose focus or get grouchy. Putting this music on helps bring me back to my tasks and gets me out of my funk.

Locked me out my app store !!!

This app is basically scamming me out of money. I didn’t want the app my child downloaded it thinking it was a game and started a trial. I cancelled it before my free trial was up and it still lit a 12 dollar hold on my account! This is absolutely unfair Apple is saying I can pay then have them refund my money, when there shouldn’t be any charge on my account period!

Wowza

I actually have trouble sleeping even when I’m taking medications. I usually can’t fall asleep to this stuff but I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s surprisingly relaxing, and I felt myself drift off in the first two minutes!
