Such a wonderful update! We have a new mindfulness expert who joined us with more guided meditations and breathwork exercises, for every situation! Stress Relief, Reduce Anxiety, Relieve tension, Sleep better... we've got you covered! We also have new sections such as "Morning" to start off your day in the best possible way, "Self Healing: Physical Body" & "Self Healing: Emotional Body", and finally a section to help you "Slow Down". Find your space and make it a habit!
