Not what I expected

There’s several steps for each meditation but only the first step is free, the rest requires you to purchase a ridiculous membership $. Not even a free song or demo in the music section. Also I prefer a male voice over female voice for these kind of things. Waste of time.

Too much

Didn’t really do it for me I would of preferred a bit of music as well as instruction. Also asking you to think about to many things .

I’m still new to this app, but I have used it only a few times and my days are already getting better. This is perfect for helping my blockage. Whenever I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I remind myself of this app.

This is a great app. The narrator has a ver smooth voice and the imagery is very effective.

I can’t even register to use this app. Something went wrong, it says. Doesn’t matter how great they think he app is if I can’t get in it to use it.
