This app literally just doesn’t work

Updates mean breaks
It seems that every second or third update seems to break the VoIP function of this app.
I get notification banners for incoming calls, but when I answer it the call crashes and it doesn’t answer (still ringing on my desk phone).
Same with dialing out - it brings up the call screen for 0.5seconds and then closes.
This gets fixed, then comes back in another update a short time later.

Very unreliable, unable to answer calls
The app has always been unreliable but recently it got worse, you now can no longer answer calls.
Great app but need some more features
I think it would be great to be able to control DND function by time eg. turn on automatic ally at 5pm on Friday and off at 7smon Monday. Off each week night at 6pm.
Poor experience
After the update, this app doesn't allow the calls to be picked up. as soon as the call is picked, it drops. Having a really bad experience using the app
Latest update has broken the app
Since the last update I’m continually being booted out of the app, same error occurring ever 15-30mins. All of the users in my business are experiencing the same (over 150users)
Keeps logging us out
My whole team is experiencing issues where they are randomly and continually logged out of the ios application.
Worst App I have ever had!!
This app simply does not do anything it’s meant to!!
Not one person in Telstra can fix it.
You cannot get messages
You cannot call back.
You cannot leave it on in background or else your fixed phone does not work
You cannot turn off simultaneous ring.
Randomly you cannot log in.
And if you don’t log out your fixed phone won’t work.
And after enduring it for two years I still have to put up with just to remotely divert my phone.
That takes at least 6 key strokes!!!!

Doesn’t ring on WIFI
when connected to hone WIFI the app won’t show incoming calls and unable to make outgoing calls. Works fine when not on WIFI, but really not good enough!
WiFi - Problem
Doesn’t seem to like working on WiFi, I have tried multiple connections at home and at the office, works perfectly over 4G but as soon as it connects to a WiFi router, be it a Telstra or another ISP it’s seems to just not accept calls, it updates the missed calls and you get a notification once the call is ended, also the missed call does not splash onto the screen. Making calls is also slow, takes about 30 seconds for the call to be connected, it sometimes times out and doesn’t connect at all.
