Keeps signing out and missing calls
My app keeps signing out and when a call does come through it disconnects straight away
Can’t log in either
Was logged out of the app and can’t log back in now. Telstra techs have tried resetting passwords etc and this has allowed me to sign in using Telstra DOT app on iPad, but not working for Business Connect for iPhone. Costing me business and money by the hour. If its not ready, don’t release it!! This problem has obviously been apparent since Oct 2019 and Telstra still don’t have an answer.

Can’t login-have deleted & re-installed- still unable to login. Going to delete & go back to old App😤

App is poor not tested before releasing
New update been over two weeks ago and can’t log in, Telstra has no idea how to fix it! Time to move from Telstra! They have sacked all the good tech to save $$$ and rely on overseas z grade technicians.
Masive delays with v23
Since updating to v23 making calls have anywhere from 30 to 50 second delay before the call starts.
This delay also results in incoming calls been missed due to the delay in the phone connecting to the phone system.
The interface is ok.
The new voicemail interface is good.
I have a TIPT ticket open about this, so hopefully it gets rolled back or fixed soon.

Poorly supported
The app hasn’t been updated to reflect the over one year old iPhone X resolution so black bars at top and bottom. Looks awful.
The app is clunky to use and has no security features.
Also, when using this and the desktop version means when a call comes in and I pickup on my phone results in the call just dropping into a black hole.
