Almost perfect…

This is SO easy to use, love how you can bring up your own published podcast Ep and select a clip so easily, and the graphic looks really crisp and professional! Onlyyyy thing it needs is the ability to make animated words on the screen from the clip, and ability to make a subtitle at bottom in smaller writing. Other than that it’s fantastic!

User Friendly App

This app gets the job done. It is not complex to use, very user friendly. In a word, it’s simple and straightforward unlike many apps today.

More customization would be appreciated

Overall the app does what it says on the tin.

The editor is a bit frustrating. You go to extend a clip and it moves the play position. Correct that and now you have to try and fix the clip again. That whole UI needs to be rethought.

The video itself needs more customization for the animations. The circles is distracting and I can’t find a way to turn it off. Waveforms would be nice but at the very least the ability to turn off the animation would be appreciated.

Messes up when clipping

I bought the pro version and consistently have issues with video clips not beginning at the time I set it to. Any help/an update would be appreciated.

Weird spotting

No matter how many times I place the marker to start on a specific clip the final clip starts at a random spot. Other then that it’s a good app but the main point I need this app for is to post specific clips which is a crap shoot

Please double check that your podcast is not Variable Bit Rate. Podcasts should be static bit rate in order to be predictable in any podcast player. You can verify by opening it in any other podcast player (such as the system player: Podcasts), and try scrubbing to any location. If it matches the time displayed as you play through that area, then it's a static bitrate podcast. If it's Variable Bit Rate, no podcast player will be able to accurately go to any position, because position can not be calculated since the file size is always changing. I am adding detection for this, and a red error will be displayed in future versions if VBR is detected. Thanks, Alex.

False Advertising Buyer Beware

Take a moment and learn from my mistake. $4.99 looks like a reasonable price, right? Well, that’s all well and good, until you receive your receipt for $14.98, instead of the actual listed price. Seems fishy to me. Would be nice to have an explanation as to why there is such a Discrepancy in pricing. Hopefully I will hear from someone. Until then, DO NOT BUY the Pro Version.

Please check your invoice. That must be a charges from another app or you are looking at the wrong line item. There's no way a different price can be charged with Non Consumable in app purchases. You set a price once, and it goes through Apple review that way. It will not allow you to buy more than one of them on the same Apple ID. Only if you change Apple ID, then you could buy one more time.
