From Bad To Worse
This latest version of the 98.5 app should not have been released until it actually works. It constantly and persistently cuts out more than the previous version, which was barely tolerable. This update is insufferable. I’m on to WEEI.frethacker
Horrible update
Never been a good app but the latest update renders it basically unusable. No way to listen live. Endless adds, audio stops playing when you lock your phone. Just such an amateur piece of garbage.Alain badiou

It’s so bad
This app is so bad and extremely frustrating. The embedded ads are awful and constant play. The app had a poor connection before, but this latest update made it even worse. I’m on my home WiFi, and the app constantly cuts out. You then have to restart the entire app and watch an ad again for it to cut out 5 minutes later. Why can’t I listen in the background anymore??
I used to love to listen at work, but unfortunately that’s impossible to do without background play. I need to use my phone for work.chris48howell
Stream keeps crashing/stopping

They listened and totally redesigned the interface and ability to listen to old podcasts easier. Thank you!!!! From 1 to 5 stars.
I agree with the other user’s review, the fact podcasts are grouped together is horrible from a user perspective. I used to be able to group shows towards the top that I listened to. Now I have to scroll through ALL podcasts for the day if I want to listen to the morning/early afternoon shows. It also limits the amount of previous streams we can access on a per-show basis due to the grouping. As a long time listener, I’ve dealt with the extra ads and laggy app but this is almost unusable now.Show lessnTone

Great content but SO MANY PROBLEMS
I find it disrespectful that the last update to the app was over a year ago. There are so many bugs that prevent even the most basic functions of this app. You cannot read an article while the radio station plays anymore. Literally scrolling stops the audio. Never mind the ads that pop up that take up the entire screen while you’re trying to read. Beasley Media couldn’t care less about this product, and whoever was hired to manage this app is collecting a free paycheck. At least, I hope they hired someone, it’s impossible to know.Show lessPhillmeister
