Genius idea!!
Southend are once again at the forefront of innovation with this app. It saves me £££s every month!!! An absolute steal and if you decide not to take advantage of it, you need your head testing!!!
Misleading
Doesn’t tell you that you pay extra as an admin charge before you try to order a ticket, then you see it in a summary pop up. So since April as you using an app not a machine you pay more - pay via their app and pay more for the “convenience”. Rubbish

Automatic option
Make automatic option so I can set up my parking in advance for the whole month from 8 to 11 am. So I don’t bother to do it every evening.
Excellent
This is brilliant. I can park for 3hrs at a time all over Southend in 4 different locations for a small monthly fee. I don’t have to faff about, it’s easy with the app. I recommend this
Getting worse
Great value for money but the app no longer sends you text notifications when your times nearly up, and regularly cancels my monthly autopay. Seems like they’re trying to catch you for parking fines, which is a shame when you are paying £8.50 a month
Good app, excellent value
Monthly cost roughly equivalent to 3 hrs parking per zone so great value even if you only visit a couple of times a month

Doesn’t give text notification when parking expires
This app used to give a text notification when your parking was about to expire. It hasn’t done this for a long time: I have the preference set to on, so I have no idea why I am not getting them and I’ve received two parking tickets recently because of the lack of reminder.
