Was good after bug fixes, and then got worse
It doesn’t save lead info correctly. Problems and bugs with the app take months for the developers to even notice, let alone fix. It’s very hard to report bugs, and you have to be a tech wizard to even communicate what the problems are. Never had this many issues day to day, compared to the legacy version. The 2.0 version has more features, but if the features don’t work, then what’s the point

Great app, needs some improvement
All around, Spotio has helped me reach qualified homeowners more effectively and take more time with them at the doorstep. However, I’m often watching the loading circle spin on a pin for 3-5 minutes. While it is not each house, about every other one takes minutes to load before I can access the data for “visit” the homeowner.

Great CRM
I initially wanted to give this app a 4 star review because I had an issue. The staff was so amazing and responsive to help me with the issue I had to give them 5 stars. I have used multiple versions of salesforce, nutshell and other CRMs but this is by far the best one I have seen to date. The maps and pipeline management is on another level beyond their competitors.

Greatest app for door knocking
Very user friendly, runs really smooth. I use it all day every day! Some cool features I like the most is filtering by color based on the last knock result, and space for notes. Making it easier for me to hit my go-backs and efficiently farm an area. 5/5 I highly recommend it!
Above and beyond
I started out with the Spotio Legacy app, which helped me tremendously, but was lacking some key functions for my solar energy business. I switched to SalesRabbit for the last 6 months, and now I’m back to Spotio with their updated CRM version and I love it! Travis and Lilly have been exceptionally helpful with the on boarding process! Additionally, having a built in pipeline helps me as a business manager to see what my reps are doing out in the field and what stage each lead is at. Highly recommend this app for anyone in residential sales!

New SPOTIO is horrible
Why did you change? There is literally nothing good about the new spotio. Everything that was good about the old spotio is gone and the new one has actually made my life harder than not having it at all.

Great but lots of bugs
This app is super helpful doing door to door sales. It is like your personal secretary and the support is very helpful. Without it I would be making much less money. My only complaint is I have to close and reopen the app multiple times a day due to the amount of bugs.
Why?
This is f$&@ng stupid why did you make it more complicated? All I want is something where I can put a pin on a house and mark where I’ve already knocked. Stop trying to farm me like a F&$$ng data cow. All this crm micro managing bull sucks.
Why did you change SPOTIO to this? Please change it back to what it was like in legacy or please continue to support legacy for people who just want an easy way to keep track of your area. I loved that I could put down a pin and write down the homeowners name. Even better it saved all my pins from the past 3 years. This is complicated and takes more time than it would to do it on paper.

Great App
This app is really good, gives you the tools to organize your seals and if you have a team you can gather important data that will let you manage your sellers in a more efficient way, I really recommend this tool since it opens another level of organization and the customer service of the company is really good and profesional and above all they have a really fair price for what you can do with the software.

Wish it worked
Beautiful app. Too bad it’s slowing me down more than helping. I agree a lot with a previous reviewer here, it’s focused more on the owner and not on the rep. My dashboard tracks all activities except the ones that matter to me as a door to door rep, such as visits and appointments set. I wants ratios, visits-contact, contacts-appointments, appointments-closed, Seeing my performance grow is the foundation for me and my future reps.
Another gripe is door-to-door mode is hard to work. I have info tap and I love the feature, only problem is if I knock on a door and no one answered, info tap will stop working for that address. Even if I revisit and get contact, info tap stops working after the first visit making me manually input the contact info. Half the time you won’t get first contact so half the time the feature isn’t useful.
It’s a beautifully appealing app, I want this app to work and I love how they are trying to be more of a CRM. Can’t let the basics slip. Maybe Sales rabbit can be more useful for me
