  • Well designed and easy to follow

    I really thought that this was an app that was easy to follow and use. It helps you with tracking portion sizes and helps with healthy recipes to follow and use ( or adapt to your liking). I also like the fact that it has different exercises available depending on your own lifestyle. It’s great for those that want to develop a healthy lifestyle through a more sustainable concept.

    I love this app so much! I like the workouts. If you want a quick workout or a long one it’s on the app. A workout for all! If you follow the diet plan and workouts you will for sure lose weight.
  • Best weight loss app so far!

    If you are looking for an app to track your water intake, workout, stand and food, This app is awesome. I did use it for a month and I love how I was able to drink more water everyday. I just wish it is connected to my Apple Watch thought so it sync all my workout and stand.
  • Great new health and fitness app

    This app is easy to use and self explanatory. The tools of measuring your food using hands is very refreshing and forward thinking. You always have your hand with you and usually your phone so this makes it easy to implement anywhere you are. The app keeps you mindful of social/habit foods, movement, water intake and standing time. In a society where we all sit extended periods this gives a new perspective on total wellness.

  • Best App ever

    This app is the best. It provides me with simple easy to prepare recipes. These recipes are nutritious and good for me. It offers exercise routines I can perform anywhere. Even at my desk at my job. It has a water tracker that holds me accountable to drinking my 8-10 glasses a day. I took a week off and I can tell you I did not meet my water goals. I use the standing part of the app which makes me get up out of my desk chair and stand for 60 minutes. I never knew standing burned calories but it does. I have recommended this app to everyone I know. It’s super user friendly and easy to work with.

  • Easy to follow and REALISTIC. It works.

    After a few months using this app, I have lost 7 lbs. and I didn’t even feel like I was trying that hard. Like everyone else, being stuck home with the entire family and cooking three full meals and snacks a day for my family during the pandemic had me grazing and eating more than I normally would and not being able to work out as often as I usually did. I gained 5 lbs since March of last year. I lost that and a few pounds extra following Andrea’s guidelines. I would highly recommend reading her book, The Way In. It’s more extensive in guiding you on the lifestyle changes and explaining her methods. The app is a fantastic tool for accountability and tracking your progress. The main goal is to exercise a little every day, get moving throughout (standing goal), hydrating (6-8 glasses of water) and maintaining a healthy, balanced diet that is not entirely restrictive. I could eat hamburgers and pizza, but I’d count them as part of my “social” foods and limit them to the two hand servings a day. Or, if I was looking forward to Christmas dinner and all the yummy desserts and appetizers, I’d be really good about eating only habit foods the week before and save my weekly social foods for that one day. It’s simple and realistic. No special diet, no crazy exercising 7 days a week and no official cheat days. I don’t do well on restrictive diets, I never have. This is a lifestyle change that doesn’t feel like one. Andrea mentions the “vacation diet” and that hit home. Ever go on vacay and come home feeling lighter because you’re so active from all the swimming, hiking, exploring even though you ate/drank whatever you wanted? That’s me too! I highly recommend trying this, it’s completely changed the way I think about losing weight.

  • Awesome app!

    This app is user friendly and really has some great life changing results! There are recommendations for exercise, recipes, and easy ways to track what you eat and how much you move and stand daily. All of this helps you to reach your goal weight and also helps you to feel better overall. I highly recommend it!

  • Live fully

    I enjoy the simplicity of this program. The ability to use ‘hand’ sized measurements and easy to identify social/habit foods to gauge my success has allowed me the freedom to live fully during the journey to a healthy me. Too many times a program has a start/end with rigid rules that cause me to ‘white knuckle’ my way through the program just hoping for a break.... not and/life, this program gets that there is no succinct end a healthy approach daily makes this sustainable.
