Amazing custom workouts
I love this app. I downloaded it so I could have workouts in the office, traveling and at home and they are so customized. The food strategy is also amazing and so yummy. The classes are great too! I use it everyday. Love it!Don't know yet...
Very unique workout app
This app allows me to create a customized workout playlist — based on where I am, how much time I have, what equipment is around... very cool. The food plan is super manageable and the dishes I’ve made so far were delish!T Ellen
