  • Love this app!!

    I can’t say enough about this app!! I’ve tried everything but this is the first app that held me accountable and made me have progress without giving up all foods and working out like crazy.

    Highly recommend, I’m a busy working Mom and this has been a life saver for me!

    Andrea’s approach to nutrition is so fresh and unintimidating. I love the huge selection of workouts. I like the idea of tracking 4 things—food, water, exercise and standing. It’s about moderation and a new life approach— not a diet.

    I love this app and highly recommend! I was lucky to be recommended this app from a friend who is in the same boat as me - a new mama without much time to work out or meal prep. And, when Covid quarantine hit, gyms were not accessible anyway! Enter this app. I love how completely realistic Andrea’s program is and how clearly it’s presented through the app. There is a ton of variety in the workout programs and I love that you can choose different workout lengths! That is huge for me, because I can grab whatever type of workout I’m in the mood for, and for whatever time I’m available to do it!

    Above all, I love the recipes section of this app. It has SO many choices, many of which I’ve made. I highly recommend the chicken salad and turkey meatballs! These have become a staple in my house these last few months.

    The tracker is also ESSENTIAL to my success with the program and it’s sooooo easy to use! Being busy with mom duties, the tracker is the best way for me to stay tuned in to what is going on in my day and I can access it quickly and easily, which is key.

    Everyone give it a shot! It’s been a life changer for me!

    I think that this app will singlehandedly help me stay fit while in quarantine. I loved it before, but I’m indebted to it now! The workouts are varied, fun, and I enjoy Andrea’s instruction. Fantastic! I love this app!
  • With this app I’m exercising more!

    I used to just run and do yoga occasionally, but since starting this app I’ve added more variety to my workouts. I don’t feel like I have to spend an hour at the gym. I’m able to carve out the time for shorter workouts more often. I’m seeing more definition and dropping pounds. I love the Pilates and arm workouts. I feel like I’m going to a class and can check my form and push myself to finish as many reps as the instructor. I’m getting more out of my workouts!! Thank you Andrea!
