  • LOVE this app

This app is fantastic and has been so helpful for my busy life. She makes eating and exercising easy. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to live a healthier and stronger lifestyle.
  • Great App!

I have been using Andrea’s And/Life app for a few months now, and I really like the recipes and yoga classes since I’m not much of a weight-lifting guy. It also reminds me to get more walking in.
  • LIFE CHANGING

This app is so easy to use, especially when I am looking for a really easy quick meal! There are so many great recipes that I love and it awesome to have access to it all in one place. My arms have also never felt more toned after trying some of the arm workouts in the fitness part of the app! Seriously a super cool app and love that I can do any of the workouts anywhere.

  • I found the right app for me!

I needed a way to change the way I eat and exercise and really needed a personal trainer. This app is all of that and more. Andrea is there guiding you through portion control (I still get to eat cheeseburgers!) and a variety of exercise options that fit wherever I am. I feel fantastic and I never have to go to a gym again.

  • Best app ever!

I have always lived to exercise but lately found finding the right time in my busy work and family life was increasingly difficult. That has all changed thanks to the and/life app. It is super easy to use and really does offer something for everyone. I have found myself even doing a workout on a chair sitting down at my desk. I feel now that I really don’t have any excuse to not exercise daily with this app at my fingertips. Thanks Andrea x

  • Needs more work

I love following her videos on instagram so I tried the app a couple of months ago the first time. Once I made all the choices at the beginning for what level and type of exercises, I was disappointed to see that there was a set of videos that were animated and not up to the natural speed of how you would do them. The videos glitched every single time, sticking on a pose or leaving about a minute in between them or wouldn’t play at all, so I never really got a workout. I tried it once more with the same results.

THIS time I went on the app this morning it asked me to UPDATE the app. When I did, it asked all over again for the initial questions of fitness goals AGAIN! But this time almost everything I would want to do to make a sweat happen were locked for the paid version. Only 1 or 2 non paid workouts are available. I haven’t gotten to the point of trying the workout this time because its the exact “custom” video that it gave me 2 months ago, and my ability/fitness level is much higher. Also, the buttons and pages don't line up right on the screen so I can’t see all the info and began to fee frustrated again.

About the daily food and recipes...I work full time and am a mom of 2 busy high schoolers. I scrolled through as many recipes as the free version would allow. My HUGE frustration about this app and others with the “foods/recipes” section, is that none of it is really doable unless you are prepping all day long and purchasing items not as easily saved for “leftovers” so that you can make up a batch and eat it for a few meals. Like the sweet potato toast. Avocado toast is doable, but the broccoli cakes (i think thats what they were) and some others all in the same day are NEVER going to happen in a normal life. I suggest skipping the section of a suggested a days meals, and instead make a section of “suggested” quick proteins on the go, recovery snacks, work day mid day crash snacks (like a protein cocoa date ball that can be made and eaten at work all week) every day recipes that are healthy and easy to make and pack for linch or have in the fridge for the teens/family, like a certain homemade hummus and veggies, or a grain and protein rollup combo...and an over all protein/carb/fat balancing section so people who want to eat right can use the guide with the foods they can afford and have time to prep. I know thats a lot and apps are EXPENSIVE! But because she is a mom and not as young as many of these app owners/front persons are, she has an opportunity to tap in to what us 40 somethings may need in our busy lives that is more attainable, and in the lives of more corporate busy people in general.

I STILL WANT TO KEEP TRYING THIS APP, but as others said, its not cool to hide the price. And to have to pay when its not really working properly. Keep it beta longer. Work out the kinks.

  • Don’t waste your money

    Not worth the money
  • Perfect for a busy schedule

With all my traveling and a demanding work schedule, it’s so hard to find a consistent way to work out. Andrea has changed my life by making such small but consistent changes and working out only 20 minutes a day. I’ve done equinox and ClassPass in the past, this is the one that suits my hectic schedule the best. And I ❤️ the recipes for when I am actually home! I couldn’t recommend this more and is worth every penny.

  • The only thing that has worked for me!

I LOVE this app! It’s the only consistent thing that has ever worked for me. No dieting, no crazy work out plans, just living my life. On top of that, I feel better than I ever have before. I feel lighter because of the smaller, more frequent meals. I also see my stomach bulge flattening each and every day. Yes, you’re paying money each month. However, you are basically getting a celebrity trainer and meal plan for pennies! I’ve recommended this app to everyone I meet!

I’ve learned so many great things on this app from relaxation, great stretches for my bad back, recipes, great work outs. I can fit it in my super busy schedule with quick or long work outs, with what I have around the house, even my kitchen counter!!! Ingenious. So glad to have this training in my pocket!!
