Broken connection with Apple Pay - Hasn’t been fixed for years
This app is glitchy.
To start with, the app alleges it has Apple Pay functionality. However, if you actually try to pay for an order with Apple Pay, the order will fail every time.
This has been an issue since I first downloaded this application in 2022 and the company has done nothing to fix it.
If you apply rewards to an order before finalizing your selections, you have to reapply the reward to your order. This feels like an underhanded consultant-recommended feature designed to limit revenue loss due to reward redemption, which is a real shame.Show lessIhelfric
Most unreliable, bipolar app ever created
80% of the time you can’t login because the app either crashes or has no idea of your user data even if you’ve been using their app for 10+ years.Turkey187

If the store doesn’t have what’s on the menu, I have to come back to the app and ask for my money back because they don’t have a way of giving the money back, which is ridiculous. it would be easier if the app went to the store. The store said yes or no before you ran my credit card,then you wouldn’t have any issues paying people back or getting something you didn’t want because they didn’t have what you originally asked for.Show less88baker
It’s okay but has payment issues
It works OK to check out when you have time to review all of the options and small text in the app, however, if you expect to pay with Apple Pay, it just never goes through no matter what card you use with it.CaptainJck22
New app totally unreliable
Not sure why they changed, the old one worked fine. New one every other day gets returned errors from server very annoying and a big step backwards.Ray

App Doesn’t Work
App used to work great, now every time I try and log in it says “Server Returned Error” and won’t let me into the app.Hurkljiff...:)
Keeps logging out
I keep downloading the app but a few days after I do it wont let me in, it just says server error that’s it. I have rewards I want to use but it keeps logging me out for days. I love lions choice so much and it’s frustrating it doesn’t workElla melter
