  • Quick, easy, and no drive through

    My food was hot and ready to go.
  • App worked OK store is broken

    So why would I order ahead and pay for it and then sit in the drive-through line waiting for everyone else to pick it up? If that’s not the dumbest thing I’ve seen today... Ordering ahead = terrible customer experience.

    LC would be better off not having an app if they’re not going to bother to update it.

    What’s the point of this app? It lets you pay through the app. Big deal. I want to be rewarded like all of the other fast food apps. There’s no incentive here to have the app.

    The font is so small on the app it’s hard to order. Needs to be easier to read.

    Ordered on line and picked up on time. Got 2 originals, but ordered and paid for one original and one king. Check the bag before you leave.
  • App is fine if you’re not hungry.

    Taking the order? No problem. Collecting payment? No problem. But when you show up to get the food, they act like they’ve never even heard of mobile ordering. Paid for food I never got, no ability to get a refund. The app may be fine, but the other elements of the experience are terribly broken.

    This app doesn’t work. I’ve tried turning on location, turning off location and even entering the store’s address while sitting in the store and it can find no stores in my area. It’s not a store participation issue either since the staff say they do and there are multiple signs telling you to download the app. And app support? Joke. If you click on that it says contact store. So what in addition to cashier work they are also IT dept?
