    This is a terrible app. Look at any of your competitors apps and do something similar. I’m giving up and going to wait in drive-thru.

  • LOVE Lion’s Choice!

    Calling it ‘fast food’ almost feels like an insult. Hands down my favorite place to get a good roast beef sandwich. Have never had a bad meal there.
  • Order and Pay online

    The menu is fine and easily to follow. We enjoy this place. But, we are retirees and usually get a discount. There is no place to online to get the discount. It only has a place for a coupon.

    I had no problems at all operating this app and I was happily surprised by the specific options for customizations and also by the ease of use. We were unsure about the order going through at first but by the time we got inside, our large order was completely ready and 100% correct!
  • Doesn’t include Loyalty program

    This doesn’t integrate the lions choice loyalty program, which is just dumb.
  • Poor communication

    I placed an order with the app to be picked up at the drive-through. When I stated that I was there to pick up my order I was told to tell them at the window. When I got to the window they seem to have no idea what I was talking about and they could not find my order. They couldn’t look it up either by my order number or by my last name. I eventually parked my car and went inside to see if that would rectify the situation. I was told that my order hadn’t been paid for and then I’d only ordered seven minutes ago. My credit card app as well as the lion‘s choice app indicated that I had placed the order over half an hour ago.The receipt in my bag also indicated that the order has been placed half an hour earlier . The order number on my receipt was different than the order number in app which was one of the reasons they couldn’t find it. I often go to lion’s choice but I won’t anymore. this was such a poor experience and having the manager talk over me because she assumed I was wrong when I had data demonstrating when I had placed the order and that I’d been charged really left a bad taste in my mouth. By the time they found my food it was cold.

  • Zero stars, deleted after duplicate charges

    Used this 3 times to order, twice the order never reached the store and I ended up having to order at the window. The last time, an app message said the order could not be placed online and to contact the store but proceeded to charge two different credit cards saved in the app for the amount of the order. The store never got an order and I had to reorder there, so I paid 3 times for one order. Store can’t reverse app charges or refund and app customer service is nonexistent so I have to dispute charges with my card companies. I deleted this worthless heap.
