  • Doesn’t work

    Can’t get logged in. Click to reset email and get “an unknown error occurred.” Oh well.
  • Improving but needs a little more

    Loving the newer, easier layout. The only thing I’d really like to see changed is that I cannot specify a quantity of items and, instead, have to go back to the menu, choose the same item, choose the size, choose the additions or subtractions, note any other special stuff, and add it again. So if my family wanted 5 of the exact same roast beef sandwiches, regular size, add Swiss cheese, substitute a wheat bun, no butter on the bun, no seasoning, cooked medium well, etc., I have to go through ordering 5 separate sandwiches and specify all of these things for every single sandwich. Once I’ve customized an item, I’d like to just be able to update the quantity so I can choose all of the specifics just once and then change the quantity from 1 to 5, for example. Overall the app is still improving greatly though! And the food is always consistently quality which we love, of course.

  • Better…

    Works better than it used to. Not jazzed about it forcing Apple Maps or that it can’t scan credit cards where the number is on the back.
    Other than that, it is better overall when ordering - particularly the Ridiculously Good Deals are much easier to find and order.

    Since I have a phone number with the previous rewards program, I can’t signup with my credentials (new email address) because my phone number is in use.
  • Doesn’t work with latest software upgrade

    Updated to latest software on Sunday. On Monday app doesn’t work. Press the app, I get an all white screen for maybe one second, then the white screen disappears.

    Please fix.

  • Solid app for favorite fast food :-)

    Lion’s Choice is my favorite fast meal and one of my favorite meals full stop. There was an older app that was trouble, but this one is a bug improvement and the UI/UX is pretty straightforward. There are a few little things that could be amended:
    —When ordering a meal I’m often confused for a second why it won’t add to cart/ask me to buy and it’s because I have to tap through the fries part and “add item,” even though I wouldn’t consider customization. I guess it could be to your benefit that customers see the options to put cheese etc. on them... still a little weird.
    —I’ve had trouble syncing my rewards from my “old account,” which I had with my phone number and email long before the big push for ROAR and the current app. I still don’t get the same rewards from my irl transactions available in app.
    —a few different times I’ve seen something on LC social media (just Twitter I think?) and then been unable to order it as shown. Once it was specially loaded hot dogs (I wanted with Mac and cheese and bacon on top as soon as I saw it lol and then I had to order in store where the cashier I told me I had to buy a cup of mac separately.) Maybe this is more of a lack of communication between marketing and stores I guess.
    All and all, I love the store, I like the rewards, and have few complaints of the app. Thank you @LC for the tasty tasty beef and my favorite fries ever ♥︎♥︎♥︎♥︎♥︎♥️💛🦁 👅 🥩🍟
