    The terms and conditions screen has only a disabled button so the whole app doesn’t work

  • Watch support?

    The digital scanners at the gates struggle sometimes with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It would be interesting to see how it would work if the barcode QR code was on my watch?

  • Does Nothing

    Easy to set up account but don't expect to get an itinerary from it, it just stalls and does nothing after inputting addresses.

    Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience. In order to make the itinerary search a bit faster, we recommend you to select only the transport modes you need in the itinerary search options. For example, if you are not planning on using the train, we advise you to change your itinerary options accordingly. If it does not fix your issue, please contact us at mobile@stib.brussels.   • Unable to set up account

    I am in the USA planning a trip to Brussels and downloaded the app but terms and conditions do not load this unable to accept and create an account!!

  • Pas de ticket malgré paiement

    Pas de ticket disponible dans l’application malgré une carte bancaire débitée de 16€ confirmée. Aucune confirmation courriel ni dans l’application de la transaction.

  • Great app to use

    This app has been a real life saver every time I come to Brussels. Thank you that now I can even buy my tickets online. Such a time saver.

  • Ok app, but mobile ticket is appreciated

    Ok app, but what I am really missing is to have a ticket on the app. They say they will roll out Brupass at the end of the year, but I believe it should be for all tickets.

  • So strange

    The routes offered are good but extremely hard to read on the map. Also the favorites system is very odd: you can’t just choose a stop, but have to pick lines and different directions…how do they anticipate this will be used? A strange little app with some extremely weird features.

    My apologies for the inconvenience. The application exceptionally encountered stability issues on May 11 for a few hours. It has been fixed as quickly as possible. And I reassure you, all my colleagues take public transport like you. We like PowerPoint though :/
